Ben Affleck has been leaning on his children amid his ex Ana de Armas’ romance with his friend Tom Cruise.

Over the weekend, he was spotted enjoying an outing with his 13-year-old son Samuel as they spent quality time together in Beverly Hills.

The pair went on a shopping trip for another one of his exes as they were spotted picking out Mother’s Day gifts together for Affleck’s first wife, Jennifer Garner, 53.

In addition to Samuel, Affleck and Garner are also parents to Violet, 19, and Fin, 16.

Affleck, 52, previously dated the Blonde actress, 37, for less than a year from March 2020 to January 2021.

They met on the set of their steamy romantic drama movie Deep Water, which was released the following year.

However, to the Batman star’s ‘annoyance,’ she recently sparked up a romance with Cruise.

The stylish duo rocked casual yet chic outfits as the actor sported a salmon pink polo shirt paired with khakis and white, high-top sneakers.

At one point, he also threw on reflective, aviator sunglᴀsses, and his son was also spotted sporting a similar pair of shades during their outing. 

The pair were spotted strolling around out in the sun and appeared relaxed as they voyaged through the Beverly Hills outdoor shopping area.

‘Ben is a kind of [a] jealous [type], yup,’ a source told DailyMail.com after news broke about Affleck’s ex-girlfriend and his longtime Hollywood friend. 

‘He really liked Ana a lot and then she walked away and left him sad. So to see her happy with his friend is kind of weird for him.’ 

Affleck’s friends have also reportedly joked that the star ‘should get revenge on Cruise by dating his ex-wife Katie Holmes.’

The insider also revealed that Affleck has always been ‘a little bit’ jealous of Cruise’s action film career.

‘I think every working actor in Hollywood is jealous of Tom’s success and Ben is not any different,’ the source added to downplay the tension. 

‘But Ben is also happy for Tom. I mean, he admires that a colleague in his sixties is still going hard on the big screen. Ben hopes to be so lucky one day.’ 

Cruise and de Armas have been romantically linked since Valentine’s Day earlier this year. 

Most recently, they were spotted enjoying a romantic stroll in a park in London. A fan-taken video showed the couple enjoying the sunshine on the actress’ 37th birthday last week.
