Reese Witherspoon and boyfriend Oliver Haarmann may be looking to move in together after 10 months of dating.
A source recently revealed the couple have been checking out a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment at Robert A.M Stern’s new, ultra high-end 14-residence building.
‘They are looking in the area because [one of her kids] is attending NYU and Reese wants to be close,’ an insider told Page Six. ‘They’ve toured the apartment twice already and were very sweet and affectionate at both tours.’
The lavish 3,200 property, which is listed for $13.million, is located in the midst of her son Deacon Phillippe’s college campus.
Although Witherspoon primarily resides at her Nashville home, Haarman lives in New York, where his private equity firm is headquartered.
She also has a home in Los Angeles, where her media company, Hello Sunshine, is based.

Witherspoon, who is worth an estimated $440million, struck up a relationship with Haarmann after hanging out as friends in the wake of her divorce from Jim Toth, 54.
The couple, who share 12-year-old son Tennessee, called it quits in March 2023 after 12 years of marriage.

The actress, who currently stars in the Apple TV+ drama series The Morning Show, was previously married to Ryan Phillippe from 1999 until 2008. They have daughter Ava, 25, and son Deacon, 21.
Haarmann has reportedly spent time with her two sons and the actress has been flying between Nashville and New York to see him.
‘Reese is doing great and enjoys dating,’ a source told People. ‘She’s having fun with Oliver. She often flies between Nashville and NYC to see him. He’s spending time with her kids too.’
The source added: ‘Reese loves that he’s a businessman and not into Hollywood.’
Rumors of a romance first surfaced in July when the new couple took a helicopter ride together into New York City.
The following day they enjoyed a romantic dinner date at L’Artusi restaurant in the West Village.

At that time a source told People that they were just ‘friends,’ as the Legally Blond actress’ ‘biggest priorities’ were her youngest son and her work.
That same month she spoke candidly about her divorce from Toth, claiming she felt ‘very connected’ after announcing their break up in a joint social media statement back in March.
‘To be able to talk to people directly about what’s going on in my life and just share it in the way that I share great professional experiences or personal experiences,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar. ‘It feels much more authentic to be able to say things in my own voice and not let somebody else control what’s happening.
‘Then, of course, there’s speculation, but I can’t control that. All I can do is be my most honest, forthright self and be vulnerable.’

She continued: ‘I think about how many other people are going through this experience. I don’t feel isolated at all. I feel very connected.’
They have since been pictured at an event for book publisher ᴀssouline and recently enjoyed a dinner with Witherspoon’s son Deacon.
Harvard alumni Haarmann was also previously married and shares two children with his ex-wife Mala Gaonkar.
The financier was a former partner at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Ltd. (KKR), a global investment firm in London. He left in 2010 and became a founding partner at his own private equity firm, Searchlight Capital Partners.
He is worth an estimated $440 million, with $10 billion ᴀssets under management.
