Jeremy Clarkson shocks Kaleb Cooper as he hires new female farmhand to replace him and the presenter faces a HUGE new challenge in Clarkson’s Farm series four first trailer

Clarkson’s Farm fans only have two weeks wait to go until Jeremy Clarkson’s hit Amazon Prime series returns to screens.

And on Thursday Amazon dropped the first trailer for series four, with viewers watching the presenter face a huge new challenge.

The former Top Gear star, 65, first opened up his farm for his hit TV show back in 2021. Through the programme, fans have been introduced to several people who contribute to the upkeep of Diddly Squat, including Jeremy’s co-star Kaleb Cooper.

However this series, Kaleb was off on a nationwide tour with a one-man farming show, forcing Jeremy to replace him with a new female farmhand.

The trailer shows the new worker making a good impression as she puts in new fences, loads feed for the animals and takes on a spot of welding.

Jeremy gushes: ‘She’s brilliant!’

As the new farmhand gets everything in shipshape in record time, Jeremy has some downtime and decides to buy a pub that will reignite his Farm to Fork restaurant vision.

In the trailer, Jeremy shows that the road to becoming a landlord isn’t straightforward, as he runs into every obstacle that the parlous state of Britain’s pub trade can throw at him, from old derelict buildings and a picnic site with a colourful past.

Mercifully, Cheerful Charlie is there to lend a guiding hand, but even he isn’t prepared for the challenges that arise once Jeremy finally finds his perfect pub.

Eventually farm manager Kaleb will return from his tour but is left shocked to discover someone else has been farming his patch.

Elsewhere, Jeremy has new piglets and calls one Richard Ham and his good pal Richard Hammond even makes a cameo.

The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host also invests in a new bull and a herd of high-tech goats and faces serious problems with his Lamborghini tractor as it starts to show its age.

In the eight-part series, Jeremy and his team will battle with mother nature as it makes one of the toughest years ever for British farmers.

The show is set to return to the streaming platform on May 23, with two additional episodes released a week later on May 30, followed by the final two on June 6.

Jeremy previously announced that a fifth season was confirmed, before the fourth was even announced, back in November.

In a fun clip, a huge number five firework lit up the sky as Jeremy told his followers: ‘Over the years bright lights in the sky have been used to make many important announcements.

‘The birth of baby Jesus for example, but tonight they’re being used to make an announcement that’s even bigger than that.

‘Season 5 of Clarkson’s Farm is coming,’ Jeremy finished, before pointing towards the gold number five.

He captioned the post: ‘It’s the 5th November… this just felt right, Clarkson’s Farm S5 is officially in production.’

Jeremy’s announcement sparked delight from many of his followers, who quickly shared their excitement in the comments.

It comes as The Mail’s Richard Eden previously revealed that Jeremy Clarkson’s, popular sidekick Kaleb pocketed £910,000 profit at Kaleb Cooper Productions, the company into which he channels his earnings from the series.

Accounts report £960,000 in ᴀssets before bills, including £400,000 in cash. Meanwhile, his takings, in the year to June 2024, include a £666,000 profit for the year.

He set up his TV company in 2021 and runs it alongside farming businesses K Cooper Contracting and K Cooper Holdings.

Profits made there amount to £100,000 combined, meaning Cooper has now made his first million at 26.

The Chipping Norton native has long spoken about his dream of owning his own farm – something that now seems more achievable due to his newfound fame.

Clarkson’s Farm series one to three are available to stream exclusively on Prime Video.
