Rachel Zegler seemingly took a swipe at Timothee Chalamet fans shortly after the actor made his red carpet debut with Kylie Jenner on Wednesday. 

The Snow White actress, 24 – who recently shared a cryptic post while celebrating a special milestone – made the comment underneath images of the A-list couple shared onto Cosmopolitan’s Instagram page. 

She simply typed out, ‘is club chalamet gonna be ok,’ as pictures showed Jenner and Chalamet affectionately cozying up together during the glitzy 70th David di Donatello ceremony in Rome. 

The magazine then replied to Zegler in the comment section with: ‘We’re keeping her in our thoughts right now queen.’

Kylie wowed in a figure-hugging, black gown that clung to her curves and was held up with thin straps that wrapped around her shoulders. 

The Oscar-nominated star was dapper in a black velvet suit and at one point, he gently rested his hand on her waist in a sweet gesture.

Jenner and Chalamet flashed cheerful smiles and strolled onto the red carpet while holding hands. 

The pair were first romantically linked back in April 2023, but have not appeared on the red carpet together until the glamorous festivities in Italy this week.

They have kept their romance low profile by only attending a few public events together. 

Most recently, Kylie and Timothee stepped into the spotlight while stopping by the 2025 Coachella Music Festival in April and also the L.A. Lakers game last week. 

And days earlier, the two stars had an ‘all-night PDA session’ as they spent time in Miami together amid the Grand Prix. 

Late last week on Friday, the TV personality and actor joined their pals at the popular nightclub E11even where music artist Nelly took to the stage. 

‘They were having the time of their lives. It was a full-on dance party with nonstop energy and PDA throughout the night,’ a source told Page Six. 

‘During Nelly’s Dilemma, Jenner and her girlfriends were seen singing along while dancing in front of Chalamet – before Kylie cozied up next to him in their banquette.’

However, Chalamet was not by her side and instead chose to stay in with pals to watch the Knicks game. 

The Call Me By Your Name actor is a notable fan of sports, including the NBA and has been spotted cheering on the New York Knicks at numerous matches. 

He jumped to social media to share pictures as he watched the game, with one post simply reading: ‘Sh***ing myself this game is insane.’  

A source recently told DailyMail.com, ‘Timothee did consider going to the Met Gala, but he is a huge Knicks fan and Kylie knows this. Kylie didn’t bother him to go with her and that’s something he appreciates about her. She allows him to do his own thing.’ 

The insider added, ‘They didn’t want to do the whole song and dance of it all together because it would have felt more like a chore over a fun date night. 

‘If it was Kylie’s first Met Gala, or an event where she was being honored for something then he would have been there 100 per cent, but they decided to do their own thing.

‘And with the Knicks’ performance, Timothee was ecstatic that he watched the game,’ they continued.

In a recent Instagram post, Jenner made a subtle nod to Chalamet as she posed in a ʙικιɴι while donning a Knicks cap. 

It came only days after she was spotted packing on the PDA with Timothee as they sat courtside at the Lakers game las week on Tuesday in Los Angeles. 

Jenner was spotted cozying up to the Call Me By Your Name actor and at one point, the couple shared a romantic kiss at the match. 

The actor showed his support for the Los Angeles-based team as they took on the Minnesota Timberwolves. He wore a Kobe Bryant shirt as well as a warm jacket and faded jeans for the outing.

The two stars shared other affectionate moments during the evening, such as holding hands and linking arms.

Beforehand, the TV personality was accused of ‘smothering’ the actor.

The couple were also seen getting very close as they attended the Coachella Music festival last month in April. 

At the time, a source told People that the two stars are ‘very serious.’

The insider stated, ‘With the awards season and premieres, earlier this year was intense for their relationship.’

The source added, ‘When they are in LA together, he spends time with her kids too. Her family loves that she’s dating him. They have seen such positive changes in Kylie. She’s the happiest.’

Kylie is mom to Stormi, seven, and Aire, three – whom she shares with ex and rapper Travis Scott.

Also last week, sources revealed to DailyMail.com a list of demands that Chalamet has given to Jenner amid their relationship.

‘Timothee made his intentions clear early that he didn’t ever want to be a prop,’ an insider stated.

‘That is why he doesn’t want to be on the Kardashian’s show and is only seen with Kylie at events. He wants to be one of the Hollywood greats and wants to avoid falling into the trap of being known simply for who he is dating.’

The source added, ‘When they are in LA together, he spends time with her kids too. Her family loves that she’s dating him. They have seen such positive changes in Kylie. She’s the happiest’

They added, ‘It would be gut wrenching. They both know that if he started appearing on the family show then they wouldn’t work.’

In regards to social media, the insider expressed, ‘We don’t see Kylie posting her relationship with Timothee, and that’s because she wants to keep him around.

‘She loves him and they see a future together. So, if keeping him off her socials works, then she will continue to do so.’

One source stated that the A Complete Unknown actor is ‘so happy right now. He has the career he dreamed of and is madly in love. He is not looking to mess that up himself either.’
