Jessica Simpson gushed over Jeremy Renner with a heartfelt message on social media just weeks after their flirty exchange in each others’ comments.

On Tuesday, the 44-year-old songstress took to Instagram to praise her ‘dear friend’ and his new book after sparking up romance rumors again just a little over a month ago.

In a Instagram Story post, she shared how ‘proud’ she was of him and his recently released memoir — in which the Hawkeye star, 54, opened up about how he ‘died’ momentarily after his terrifying accident when he was crushed by a seven-ton snow plough. 

‘I’m so deeply proud of my dear friend and perspective motivator, @jeremyrenner, for releasing his memoir, My Next Breath, with the world,’ she wrote, per E! News. 

‘If the vulnerability and truth within his audiobook doesn’t make you cry or inspire you to live your life to the fullest, you are not human!’ 

This comes over a month after she left flirty comments under his thirst traps, stirring up romance rumors again nearly 15 years after they were first speculated to be dating.

Back in March, the pair had a flirty exchange on social media over a decade after they were first rumored to be dating.

Reigniting romance rumors, the singer, now single, left flirty comments for the Oscar-nominated actor after viewing his thirst traps on Instagram.

Simpson had recently announced the split between her and her husband of 10 years, Eric Johnson, in January and has since hinted that their separation was due to infidelity.

Over 15 years ago, in March 2010, Simpson and Renner were rumored to be dating after they were spotted together at a party for his action-thriller The Hurt Locker.

After watching the reel, the actress commented with the fire emoji and the Avengers star hearted her reaction. 

Back in March, Simpson also posted about the release of her new album, Nashville Canyon Part 1, on her Instagram page, and Renner also left a comment underneath her post. 

On March 21, Simpson celebrated the exciting news and captioned her post: ‘I sing because I’m happy, I sing because I’m free. His eyes are on the sparrow and I know He watches me.
