Sabrina Carpenter was accompanied by Jenna Ortega as she departed A$AP Rocky’s star-studded Met Gala after-party in New York City on Monday evening. 

The American singer, 25, ensured she stood out by wearing a floor-length, canary yellow coat over a smart black trouser suit as they emerged flanked by umbrella wielding security guards.

She linked arms with Wednesday star Jenna, 22, while making a beeline for their car after attending the event at local nightspot Jean’s as rain swept across Manhattan.

The actress put on a leggy display in a black bodysuit with a plunging V-neckline, satin lapels, structured shoulder pads, and a double-breasted ʙuттon-up fastening. 

Showing off her legs in sheer black тιԍнтs, Jenna added inches to her frame with a pair of pointed black court heels.

To complete the look, she toted her essentials in a mini black clutch and styled her dark tresses in a waved pattern which she parted down the middle. 

It came hours after Sabrina had an awkward run-in with her ex Barry Keoghan at the  Met Gala – one year after they first confirmed their romance at the same event.

The Espresso hitmaker showed her 32-year-old actor ex what he was missing as she ditched her trousers to wow in a custom Louis Vuitton bodysuit.

The star flashed her legs in the burgundy tuxedo-inspired bodysuit with a sweeping train, while sporting her signature bouffant locks and heavy contour. 

Oscar nominee Barry opted for a Valentino black suit with a dramatic red sash and bejewelled sleeves and collar as he reunited with his former flame, five months after their breakup.

Their solo appearances were in stark contrast to the 2024 Met Gala where they happily posed together amid their budding new romance.

Barry was hit by claims he cheated on the hitmaker after it was reported that the pair had split after a year of dating last year.

However, a source told Us Weekly the actor was ‘very devoted to her happiness’, but that they are ‘at different places in their lives.’

The insider further divulged that it’s been ‘challenging for their relationship since she started going on tour and has been gone a lot’ and that ‘their schedules were not aligning.’ 

‘All the time spent apart it was hard to maintain a relationship amid her career exploding.’

The source added that Sabrina was being ‘pulled in so many directions’ and simply did not have time to ‘commit to a relationship.’

After reaching a ‘huge level of stardom’ it’s reportedly been tough for the songbird to ‘focus and to be present for him in a relationship.’

The source added she ‘barely has time for herself let alone for a relationship.’

Another insider told the publication that the breakup happened within ‘the last month’ because of their busy schedules.

The fact that they weren’t able to spend more time together ‘took a toll on the relationship.’

It was noted that there’s no bad blood between the ‘cordial’ pair and their split was ‘not contentious.’

‘Both agreed it wasn’t working.’

The two have indeed been busy with their careers.

Sabrina recently completed the U.S. leg of her Short ’N’ Sweet tour and is now gearing up for the release of her Netflix holiday special on Friday. Meanwhile, Barry’s career also shows no signs of slowing down.

He has roles in the forthcoming projects: Bird, Hurry Up Tomorrow, Amo Saddam and a Peaky Blinders film as well as the Beatle’s upcoming biopics, in which he will play Ringo Starr.

‘Barry’s very focused on his career and being a dad,’ a third source shared with Us Weekly, in reference to his son.

The source added that while he was filming Peaky Blinders, he was also ‘balancing being with his son during his downtime.’
