The singer, 33, wore a white shirt left unʙuттoned over a white bra and underwear set, displaying her bare belly, as she proudly held up ultrasound pH๏τos of her unborn twins.
The striking black-and-white snaps saw her posing up a storm lounging in bed alongside her boyfriend Zion Foster, 26, with the pair looking utterly besotted.
Jesy sported a flawless palette of makeup and wore her long hair in its natural curls, while Zion coordinated his outfit to match hers, donning a white vest and jeans.
The former Little Mix star sweetly cradled her growing bump in several poignant sH๏τs, while others saw her breaking into giggles and taking videos of her rapper boyfriend.

The pH๏τoshoot comes after Jesy shared an update from her hospital bed on Saturday night as she posted a TikTok video asking for suggestions on what colour to dye her hair.
She was admitted to hospital in late March after being diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) – a rare condition that can put one or both babies at risk.
If left untreated, the condition can cause issue for her unborn babies, including growth problems and organ failure. In some cases, it can prove fatal.
After having to undergo an emergency procedure due to complications, Jesy was then advised to remain in hospital until she reaches a certain number of weeks in her pregnancy, as there are concerns she could go into early labour.
The Boyz hitmaker is seven months along into her pregnancy so far, with medics ideally wanting her to reach at least 32 weeks before the babies are born.
Despite not being able to leave the hospital, which Zion said is ‘driving them crazy’, Jesy is managing to keep up with her regular beauty treatments.
Zion previously admitted that he and Jesy are getting slightly sick of being stuck in the hospital for the past few weeks.
However, he said that the worrying ordeal has caused he and Jesy to grown to ‘understand each other on a deeper level’.

Speaking to OK! Magazine last month, Zion said: ‘The same four walls are driving us a bit crazy.’
He added: ‘I think it’s at these times when you really, really know what love you have and what your relationship means.
‘And I think for me and Jess, this has just taken it to a whole other level of us knowing we are literally made for each other.’
As Jesy continues to be monitored in hospital, the couple have tried to make it as much of a home as possible.
Zion said: ‘There’s a couch that turns into a bed that we pushed next to the hospital bed, so we’ve made our own double bed. And it’s like we’ve moved in. The nurses just said, “Oh, my God. It looks so nice in here. It looks so homely”.’
The music artist also ran the London Marathon last month to race funds for the Twins Trust charity which supports parents of multiples as well as improving maternity care and research.
Jesy shared a gushing Instagram tribute from her hospital bed after he crossed the finish line, following just four weeks of training.
Revealing how she’d never be able to express how proud she was of him, she wrote: ‘I honestly didn’t think I could love you any more than I already do @zionfoster but you have made me and our babies the proudest!!!!’

Ahead of the race Jesy said he was running ‘for our babies’ as she watched the BBC coverage from her bed and admitted she was feeling emotional.
‘I feel so emotional this morning knowing my baby is running the marathon for our babies and for @twinstrust. @zionfoster my heart feels so proud of you, you got this my angel’.
Jesy looked teary as she told her boyfriend she had ‘no doubt’ he would complete the 26 mile course and reminded him ‘you’re doing this for these little babies and all the families that are going through it and all the people that have gone through all the stuff we’ve been through and worse.’
