A glaring detail in Justin Bieber’s latest social media post sparked concern about the singer’s alleged drug use.  

The Sorry hitmaker, 31, shared pH๏τos from a getaway that saw him recording music in a secluded studio in the mountains.

However, two pH๏τos from the singer — whose wife Hailey, 28, enjoyed a fun-filled Miami trip without him recently — particularly drew fan attention.

One featured Bieber’s friend, Australian singer Eddie Benjamin, 23, playing guitar. But upon closer inspection, Bieber was visible through an open doorway in the left corner, appearing to take a hit from what seemed to be a bong.

Another pH๏τo saw Bieber, who shares 10-month-old son Jack Blues with Hailey, on a patio with a picturesque mountain view behind him as well as what seemed to be a bong on the floor. Next to him Eddie was pictured puffing on a cigarette.

In the latest snaps, shared by the singer over the weekend, he was spotted rocking  an orange hoodie with a pink beanie, grey sweatpants and pink shoes. 

The apparent bong in the image didn’t go unnoticed by fans, who pointed it out in the comments.

‘Thats a huge bong,’ one commented. 

‘The Bong in the background.’

‘All I see is a couple of potheads. Always thought @justinbieber was better than that. At least keep it out of the public view. You’re not setting a good example for your young fans. Your standards appear low.’

‘the bong bigger than him,’ another wrote.

His latest social media post hinted that the singer might be working on new music, after his rep slammed claims that the star is ‘broke’ last month. 

One snap showed Bieber — whose last studio album was released in 2021 — in a neon yellow sweater sitting in front of a microphone with his eyes closed. 

Another pH๏τo showed him sitting in a chair with headphones on while recording in a makeshift studio.

The apparent bong in the image didn’t go unnoticed by fans, who pointed it out in the comments 

Aside from Eddie, with whom he previously toured before, Bieber was also joined by a few other male pals. 

There was also a black and white snap of Justin laying out in nature, with the mountains behind him. 

It comes after the Baby hitmaker worried fans with a similar post in March, when he shared pH๏τos that showed him smoking from what appeared to be a bong while sitting on an electric bike. 

Around that time he also shared a video of himself performing a rap about being ‘high.’

Prior to that Justin shared another eyebrow raising video, where he stood close to the camera while inhaling and exhaling smoke from what appeared to be a joint in a minute-long clip, shared to his Stories.

At one point he had his eyes closed and flashed a wide smile for a prolonged period of time while seemingly dancing.

In February, Bieber shut down speculation that he is using drugs after sparking concern about his health while stepping out in public looking gaunt and hollow-eyed.

Last month, a disconcerting TikTok video of the Canadian singer attending the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival surfaced on social media.

In the video, Bieber was seen leaning forward while shirtless in khaki pants while standing with concertgoers at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

In another part of the TikTok clip, the two-time Grammy winner was smoking something while seated in a separate area clad in a gray hoodie while attending the desert event.

After numerous fans expressed worry for the superstar on social media, the Grammy winner’s rep set the record straight on how Bieber is really doing.

‘The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true,’ his rep told TMZ in February, adding that his client is actually ‘in one of the best places in his life.’

Sources also told TMZ that his weary appearance was the result of a restless night recording in the studio and ‘caring for his son who was having trouble falling asleep as well.’

In 2020, Bieber bravely spoke out about his past experiences with drug addiction.

In an episode of his documentary series Justin Bieber: Sessions, the performer revealed he first began smoking marijuana when he was ’12 or 13.’

By 13, he recalled launching to fame and the ‘overwhelming transition’ of navigating life in the spotlight as a young teenager.

Eventually, he said he started to do ‘pretty heavy drugs’ and began depending on marijuana heavily, before also turning to alcohol.

He ended up deciding to get sober after feeling like he ‘was dying.’

The Love Yourself singer has been seen looking disheveled while in public on a number of occasions in recent months.

An insider described Bieber as a ‘loose cannon’ to Dailymail.com earlier this year as concerns sprouted about his appearance and health.

There have also been concerns over reported financial issues, two years after he sold rights to his catalog for $200 million in 2023.

Bieber, in his musical comeback, ‘needs the money and wants to work,’ sources told Puck News’ Matthew Belloni in his What I’m Hearing newsletter last month, in a column making entertainment predictions for the new year.

Bieber ‘still owes’ the touring company AEG ‘a ton for his canceled tour’ in March of 2023, Belloni reported. The Peaches artist also has a H๏τ of ‘other pop star expenses’ weighing on his bottom line.

Bieber’s most recent studio album was Justice in 2021. The album garnered critical acclaim and spawned successful commercial tracks such as Peaches, a Billboard H๏τ 200 chart-topper; and the top 10 hits Holy, Anyone and Ghost.

Bieber in February of 2023 officially canceled the remainder of his Justice World Tour after the singer said he was diagnosed with the condition Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which can lead to facial paralysis.
