Dua had been in New York on Monday for the 50th Chaplin Award Gala, which she attended later in the day.

The event at New York’s the Lincoln Center had been put on to honour Spanish film director Pedro Almodovar, a friend of Dua’s.
At the gala, which has honoured many of the film industry’s most notable talents, Dua gave a speech in tribute to this year’s recipient.
