The outing comes after The One Show’s Alex Jones abruptly cut her off mid-interview on Monday as BBC producers urged her to ‘move on’ from a specific conversation.
As she began to chat about her upcoming Netflix show, Cheat: Unfinished Business, Alex cut Amanda off and told her to change the topic because they were running out of time.
The TV personality teased the new reality series as an ‘absolute rollercoaster’ and promised viewers plenty of ‘chaos’.
Alex wanted to know more about the show but told Amanda: ‘I’ve got so many questions, but we are being told “Move on!”‘
The blonde beauty laughed at the interruption, which allowed the host to divert the chat to the new BBC game show, The Inner Circle, which Amanda hosts.
‘There’s a BBC quiz show that you’ve done,’ Alex started as Amanda quipped: ‘Oh, the quiz show! Oh, it’s because it’s for the BBC! Who’s upstairs asking?!’
‘Yes, I’ve just finished filming. I was thrilled to be asked to do it, because I’ve never thought about doing anything like that before,’ she continued.
Amanda went on to explain how the show looks at ‘human nature’ and winners must decide whether to share their earnings or take them for themselves.

Last week, Amanda revealed her unusual Easter weekend as she appeared on Heart Breakfast.
During the show, the presenter and her co-host Jamie, 54, discussed how they spent their Bank Holiday weekends.
However, Jamie was left stunned when she revealed that the Easter Bunny had gifted her an ‘array of knickers’ instead of chocolate this year.
Kicking off the segment, he asked Amanda: ‘So the bunny arrived?’
She replied: ‘The bunny arrived, and he left loads of chocolate, but he also left an array of knickers. And he was very thoughtful…’
Appearing perplexed by the revelation, Jamie probed: ‘Hidden in the garden?’ Amanda confirmed: ‘Hidden in plastic containers around the garden, so that the foxes wouldn’t sort of try them on, or the dogs wouldn’t dig them up.’
Jamie then broke into hysterics and jokingly added: ‘Some very racy foxes in your neighbourhood!’
Amanda cheekily responded: ‘Well, you can imagine. It’s me, love! And he left G-strings for one, and he left full-bottomed pants for the others.’

Jamie then asked: ‘Why? Why would the Easter bunny bring underwear?’
Amanda replied: ‘Because he thought that might be more practical for people who might not want to have chocolate for the entire Easter period.
‘And he was bearing in mind that the mother thinks that one of them has way too much chocolate as it is.
‘And the sugar content might not be good, so some knickers were brought, which I thought was so thoughtful! ‘
Jamie jokingly added: ‘Wonderful. I’m a little concerned that you did find them all, didn’t you?
‘I’m just thinking when someone, the next person to move into your house, when they’re doing the garden, thinking, “What on Earth are these doing here?!”‘ leaving Amanda in hysterics.
