Suki framed Jags for Martin Fowler’s ᴀssault, which was actually carried out by her other son Vinny, after Jags revealed his secret romance with Habiba to the family.
Amar previously admitted he stayed longer than he originally intended too on EastEnders after other commitments got put on hold to the pandemic.
He told The Sun at the time: ‘With timings all pushed back, I was more than happy stay a little bit longer to make sure that we wrapped up Jags’ storyline properly.’
And the star won’t be returning to the soap after his character was then killed off-screen in prison – leaving Suki and the rest of the family devastated.
