The couple have been married since 2008 and share four sons – Kai, Kit, Klay, and Cᴀss.
Coleen recently gave an insight into their relationship as she revealed what she and husband Wayne get up to after a long day of work commitments and childcare.
In a rare interview with MailOnline, the star shared what life has been like since Wayne came home after he was sacked from Plymouth Argyle.
She shared how important sleep is to both of them, despite struggling to get their full seven hours with the boys in the house, and revealed what they enjoy doing together.
Coleen, who recently launched her own supplement range with Applied Nutrition, said: ‘Wayne uses some of my products. He loves to sleep, so we both have a mug of the sleep powder with warm water in bed.’
The former Manchester United captain returned to his wife and their four children in Cheshire after his management position ended after just seven months.
Coleen said it has been great having Wayne around more to help out with their four boys.
She explained: ‘It’s great having him around. It’s great for the kids to have their dad back.

‘He’s down for school fixtures to parents evenings, pick-up and drop-offs. And we all go on walks together and go swimming with the kids.’
Coleen previously discussed the struggles of raising the boys during the height of Wayne’s career.
She said: ‘At times it’s like being a single parent, especially when he was at Manchester United and England.
‘You could never rely on a plan. I like a plan and a schedule. I found that hard.’
