Aristocratic singer Bo Bruce has announced she’s welcomed her second child – a daughter – with a touching pH๏τo online of her newborn.
The new family addition comes just months after news emerged of a fresh court battle with her estranged aristocratic brother.
The 40-year-old singer, who rose to fame as a finalist on The Voice in 2012, posted a sweet picture on social media of her cradling her baby girl.
‘Look who decided to show up #hibernatingtilspring,’ she captioned it.
Friends including Sienna Miller’s fashion designer Savannah were quick to flood her post with congratulations and well-wishes.
The baby’s godfather, PR guru Scott Wimsett, wrote: ‘Beautiful girls.’

Bo, who has chosen to not disclose either of her children’s names publicly, also shared pH๏τos on social media of a garden party last weekend with close friends, where she’d dressed her daughter in a sweet pink babygrow and pink bib.
The milestone comes at a turbulent time for Bo, who is currently embroiled in an ongoing legal fight with her brother, Thomas – the Earl of Cardigan.
It comes just two years after she won a High Court case against Thomas in 2022 after being denied her share of the inheritance from their mother Lady Rosamund, the former Countess of Cardigan, who had died a decade earlier.
A judge ordered Thomas to sell their mother’s home, Leigh Hill House, on the family’s Savernake Estate in Wiltshire, and split the proceeds as the will had demanded. He also criticised him for ‘ignoring his responsibilities’ towards his sister.
As revealed by the Mail last December, Bo – whose full name is Lady Catherine Brudenell-Bruce – is taking her brother to the High Court again, with tensions reigniting over the running of the family estate and financial matters.
Two years on, Land Registry records show Thomas is still the registered owner of the property.
Bo has launched a new High Court action, which is listed as ‘dispute(s) relating to trust property’, although it does not specify which one.
Thomas became Earl of Cardigan in May after his 98-year-old grandfather, the 8th Marquess of Ailesbury, died falling from a window of his West London home, reportedly while trying to let out his cat, Honeybun.
Despite the turmoil behind the scenes, Bo has been open about the joy motherhood brings her.

The pair married in 2016 and have since split their time between family life and music, occasionally collaborating on projects.
Bo, who has long been candid about her struggles with grief, addiction and mental health, previously described how motherhood has changed her life.
‘Before we’d get in the studio, open a bottle of wine and we’d be up all night, trying a million things…’ she told Songwriting Magazine.
‘And it’s just so different now because it was, “Right, the baby’s gone to sleep, we’ve got a couple of hours before I pᴀss out,” so it was a quicker, more efficient approach.’
With a newborn in her arms and a fresh chapter unfolding, fans will be hoping this moment marks a period of peace and joy for the soulful singer.
