Olly Murs showed off his jaw-dropping body transformation in a slew of Instagram snaps on Wednesday.
The singer, 40, has undergone an intense 12 week fitness and diet programme ahead of welcoming his second child with his pregnant wife Amelia.
Fitness fanatic Amelia, 32, welcomed their first daughter Madison, 12 months, last year and revealed last week they are expecting another baby.
Displaying his hardcore abs and muscular physique, the EsSєx-born star said he feels ‘pumped’ for his anticipated tour which kicks off Thursday.
His coach posted his progress on Instagram, writing: ’12 weeks dedication dieting the marriottnutrion way!! What a transformation’.
His celebrity pals including Mark Wright wrote: ‘Right. I’m going gym’.

Olly’s wife Amelia penned: ‘You’ve hit a new kinda level and worked your absolute arse off to get there! So proud of you does this mean we get to eat the same dinners again now?!’

Olly took to Instagram in April 2024 to speak about his boxing journey.
He wrote: ‘I don’t normally post anything boxing related but after 18 months of doing it and learning the basics I genuinely watched a video [of himself training] and for the first time liked what I saw.
‘It’s been a hard slog! So f*** it, I’m posting it! Learning to box from scratch is hard work.
‘I’ve been consistent and Amelia will tell you all “I’m one of those guys now” everywhere I go I’m shadow boxing trying to improve!’
Turning to give his followers some advice, Olly added: ‘If you’re thinking of going into any combat sport, take it seriously, be patient, be consistent and you will see results.’

The star, who comes from a semi-professional football background, said he now has a ‘100 per cent the buzz for boxing, I love it.’ Sparring and punching the heavy bags relieves him of stress, he said.
Olly and Amelia announced their pregnancy news in an adorable black and white video last week.
The family of three were seen walking through the park with Madison sat on her father’s shoulders.
She wore a denim jacket embossed with the words ‘BIG SIS’, while Amelia held a reel of snaps of the baby scan.
They penned in a caption: ‘We’re so egg-cited to share this..… Another Baby Murs on the way.’
Olly and his bodybuilder partner tied the knot in July 2023 and announced the arrival of their baby girl on April 17.
Just 48 hours after Amelia had given birth, the singer was back on tour supporting Take That.
The singer told the crowd at the time how he had been juggling nappies and late nights, but felt guilty he had been working away from home.

He said: ‘It’s been the most craziest time. Cos obviously on one hand I’ve got this beautiful baby girl, my wife is at home looking after her with the nappies, and the sleepless nights.
‘And I’m on tour with Take That. I feel guilty!’
Last month, Olly candidly confessed he broke down in tears after he was forced to leave her just two days after her birth.
He admitted to the emotional toll the decision had on him months after when he realised he had never got to know his daughter as a baby.
Speaking with new dad Mark on their Heart Breakfast show, Olly confessed: ‘It was really hard for me as I had to leave two days after the baby was born to go on tour with Take That.’
He explained: ‘I didn’t really process it at the time and a few months later me and Amelia were chatting and I just broke down in tears as I never got a chance to actually get to know this little baby.’
