Amanda Holden has been living it up in Glasgow while filming a new Scots quiz show and the latest series of Britain’s Got Talent.

The TV host, 54, was spotted out and about in the city as she wined and dined with her production team.

And the glamorous presenter was in party mode as she downed sH๏τs at Glasgow underground bar and restaurant Sebb’s on Miller Street, in between enjoying dishes including pita bread and grilled cauliflower and hummus.

After downing one particularly strong sH๏τ, Amanda flapped her arms around in despair while her drinking partner, TV producer David Marshall, giggled.

Her new BBC One quiz show, The Inner Circle, is being filmed at BBC Studiowork’s Kelvin Hall facility in the Scottish city.

It involves a series of rounds testing contestants’ knowledge and strategic thinking, with 25 episodes featuring members of the public and six celebrity specials.

Amanda gave an insight into the secrets behind her youthful looks as she gave an insight into her quirky pampering routine last week. 

Wearing a large grey fluffy robe, Amanda soaked her feet in a warm foot spa, before transferring them into a bucket of iced water while eating a banana at Glasgow’s Blythswood spa. 

As the hostess with the mostess, she’s been required to wear some killer heels alongside her selection of different dresses on the show, and admitted that her feet were suffering as she was given a foot spa in her dressing room following filming. 

As well as the bubbling tub of H๏τ water she also gave her poor feet an ice bath before putting on her fluffy towelling slippers.

Amanda was seen laughing away while sat on a plush brown leather couch as she claimed that ‘she had made it’. 

The Britain’s Got Talent judge was engaging in H๏τ and cold therapy which is can soothe stiff joints and relieve achy muscles if you have a foot or ankle condition like arthritis, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, or bunions.

Alongside her post, she penned: ‘This is what my #innercircle currently looks like.’

The post is a tease to a glamourous project that she is currently working on. 

Last week, Amanda started teased her latest move as she shared pictures of herself in full, old Hollywood glam, writing that her ‘inner circle’ is coming soon. 

In the first montage image, she could be seen applying lipstick and showing off a dark, smoky eye look.

Above was a picture of an eyeshadow palette, teasing a new make-up collection.

This was followed by a sH๏τ of a beaming Amanda and then another of her putting in a pair of glitzy earrings. 

The final image was simply of the presenter’s neck and showed off a trio of gold necklaces, which are also presumably part of the new project’s collection.

Amanda wrote: ‘Filming under way… Can’t wait for you all to be part of my #inner circle. Coming soon.’
