Teddi Mellencamp put aside her health battle to give her kids the best Easter possible on Sunday. 

The former reality star, 43, who has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, pulled out all the stops for her two youngest children, Cruz, 10, and Dove, five.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum began her morning by sharing a sweet pH๏τo of herself and Dove cuddling in bed.

‘Happy Easter. Morning Snuggles she wrote describing the sweet mother-daughter moment.

Later, as both kids got up, there was a knock at the door, which brought with it a special delivery from the Easter Bunny

Each of the kids was presented with a brand new basket filled with goodies for each of them.

Teddi, Cruz and Dove later sat on the sofa and posed for a picture with the Easter Bunny. 

Meanwhile, their big sister, Slate, 12, was at a horse riding compeтιтion for the weekend.

On Saturday, Teddi pushed herself to dye some eggs for a hunt at her house where she threw a party for the littles, with the help of some friends.

She also took time on Saturday to wish her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, 48, a happy birthday. 

‘Happy birthday Edwin!’ she wrote next to a family pH๏τo from when Dove was a baby. 

‘No matter where life takes us I know we’re both proud of what we’ve created for the kiddos.’

Mellencamp, who is the daughter of rocker John Mellencamp, 73, first revealed she had been diagnosed with melanoma, a skin cancer, back in October 2022. 

In March 2023, she told her fans the disease had spread from to her brain and lungs.

In late 2024, she began to experience debilitating headaches, and In February she was hospitalized after losing the ability to see.

She shared a sweet snap with Cruz writing, ‘Early Easter celebration with my best boy’ 

‘That’s when they said I had four plumb-size tumors in my brain and then within the next day I was in surgery,’ she told Deborah Roberts on ABC’s Nightline.

Since then she has undergone radiation therapy to shrink remaining tumors, including some in her lungs, along with immunotherapy.

According to Teddi, the doctors have told her she had a ’50/50′ chance of recovery. 

In an interview with Extra she said she would be returning to the hospital on April 23, where doctors will check to see if the size of her remaining tumors have changed.

Teddi  also took time on Saturday to wish her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, 48, a happy birthday. ‘Happy birthday Edwin! No matter where life takes us I know we’re both proud of what we’ve created for the kiddos’

‘Next Wednesday, I go in and get my next CAT scan, where they’ll find out if these recent tumors are getting smaller,’ she told the oultet. 

‘And then I also get my third round of immunotherapy, the health coach said.

‘I always thought radiation was the one that was going to kick my ʙuтт, but it’s been immunotherapy,’ she said of the difficult treatments. 

Relying on her dark humor she advised, ‘So, we’ve got about four days of a bad mood coming up. Everybody, clear out.’
