The 43-year-old socialite brought along her BFF La La Anthony, 41, who was in Atlanta for the ForbesBLK Summit earlier in the day.
Kim wore similar looks to the birthday bash and the awards ceremony — a gothic-inspired black Chrome Hearts ensemble.
The reality television personality swapped out one designer top for another as she was seen leaving her New York City H๏τel.
She donned a plunging, lace-up halter top that showed off her busty chest as she added layers of chrome necklaces with the brand’s recognizable cross emblem.
For her part, La La was scantily clad in a black lingerie look that included low-cut bustier with sheer panels and a matching skirt.
The mother-of-one, who was formerly married to Carmelo Anthony, added sheer thigh-high тιԍнтs and garters.
She also wore long, sheer black gloves that extended to her upper arms.
Her hair was styled in a sleek high ponytail with brunette to honey blonde ombre waves.
Kim wore the same long black CH skirt to the NFL star’s bash as she exited The Ritz-Carlton.
She added inches to her peтιтe 5ft2inch frame as she slipped her feet into a pair of sky-high heels with black platforms and a perspex strap.
Her hair was still intact after leaving the fashion soiree — swept up into a flirty style with wispy bangs.
And her makeup was perfectly set with the bombshell rocking a sultry ɴuᴅᴇ-colored lipstick.
Back in September it was reported that Kim had been spending time with Baltimore Ravens star Odell.
A source told People the reality icon and the wide receiver ‘are friends and have a lot of mutual friends in common.’

Kim was also present for Beckham Jr.’s birthday party last year, which was held at Mother Wolf in Hollywood.
