Victoria Goodwin, wife of Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin, has struck a plea deal in the case of her alleged plot to have him murdered.
Goodwin, 32, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder on Tuesday, opting for a plea deal to avoid a lengthy trial, as per TMZ.
She filed the plea agreement on April 15, and now reportedly faces from two to 10 years in prison for conspiring to murder the 48-year-old paranormal investigator. Victoria will also be eligible for parole.
In return, prosecutors will drop the solicitation of murder charge. They also agreed to make no recommendation to the judge on her sentence.
Goodwin is scheduled to formally enter her plea at an arraignment hearing on Monday, April 21.
Victoria’s murder-for-hire scheme allegedly began in March 2024 when she started communicating with Florida convict Grant Amato after watching Paramount+ docuseries Ctrl + Alt + Desire about his case where he murdered his parents and brother.

Grant’s contraband phone was seized by corrections officers in prison, which is when police discovered Victoria’s text messages indicating she would pay Grant’s potential hitman $11,515 to murder Aaron with $2,500 upfront.
‘Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce?’ she asked in one text.

Another text wrote: ‘He’s asleep right now in the H๏τel room… I need to know what’s going on. Can I get an update. Was it done?’
The former collegiate golfer reportedly provided the location and filming times of Goodwin’s Discovery Channel reality show, which was being sH๏τ in California, to Grant.
She was arrested on March 6 in Clark County, Nevada.
In March, Aaron broke his silence on Victoria’s arrest for conspiring to murder him.
He wrote to his 1.3M social media followers: ‘Thank you everyone for all the love and support through this emotionally trying time. It has really helped a lot and I appreciate you all.’

Goodwin filed for divorce from her on March 13
Goodwin filed for divorce from her on March 13 requesting to maintain his property and have their community ᴀssets be divided equally, but he later amended his filing seeking over $10K in damages and accusing her of negligence and false imprisonment.
‘[Victoria’s] conduct was extreme or outrageous with either the intention of or reckless disregard for, causing emotional distress to [Aaron],’ the court filing read.
‘[He] suffered severe or extreme emotional distress as the actual or proximate result of [her] conduct.’
The Oregon-born presenter originally began dating Victoria in August 2018 before proposing in front of Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle in October 2019 and they wed each other in August 2022 at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion.
Aaron and Victoria had no children but shared four pets – a cat called Dodger, whom they adopted last October, as well as a dog named Moose and two rats named Pascal and Rapunzel.
Before her scandal, Victoria was best known for her health battles against C-PTSD and achalasia, an incurable and degenerative illness, for which she underwent palliative surgery.
