Olivia Attwood took a cheeky swipe at her ex Chris Hughes as she discussed his recent ‘flirty’ behaviour with Celebrity Big Brother housemate JoJo Siwa.

Dance Moms star JoJo, 21, came out as panSєxual in 2021 and has described herself as gay in recent interviews. 

She has been dating actor Kath Ebbs, who is non binary, since November.

But JoJo has raised eyebrows in recent days after growing close to housemate Chris, 32, with the pair seen cuddling in bed at night and holding hands. 

And while hosting the KISS Breakfast Show with Pete Wicks on Tuesday, Olivia, who dated Chris after they met on Love Island in 2017, admitted she’s seen a mixed reaction to his behaviour online.

Olivia said she hadn’t been watching CBB due to her early morning starts on KISS but felt like she was ‘consuming the show via TikTok.’

She told Pete: ‘I’m getting tagged in thousands because obviously Chris and I used to date – we’re going back like six or seven years but we did.’

Discussing Chris’ close friendship with JoJo, Olivia said that the ‘clips look like there could be something there’ but ‘I guess it’s how you interpret it.’

She added: ‘The internet is going two ways – the internet is going that there’s something there, there might be feelings from one side or the other. 

‘The other side of the internet is asking is Chris playing the game – she has a lot of followers, she’s very famous…’

In Monday’s episode, viewers saw JoJo writing a secret message to Chris on his hand, breaking the show’s rules by communicating in code.

It was then revealed on Late and Live that the pair had been punished for their behaviour, with Big Brother announcing they could only speak through megaphones.

Taking a cheeky dig at her ex, Olivia quipped: ‘They both already do – that is going to cause friction in the house!’ with Pete adding: ‘Chris Hughes through a megaphone – that’s the ratings going down for a little bit….’

The duo, once again found themselves at the centre of drama during Monday’s episode as JoJo appeared to draw out an unknown message on the Love Island hunk’s hand as their housemates slept around them.

Lying on the floor next to his bed, the Karma hitmaker grabbed his hand and spelled something out with her finger, before telling him to ‘think about it’ and adding that it ‘made sense’.

Watching the peculiar scenes unfold, viewers believed they’ve solved the mystery of the pair’s secret message, with many giving offering varying theories.

Some reckon she was giving the heads up on Ella’s potential feelings towards him, remarking: ‘I feel like jojo told chris that she thinks ella fancies him’.

With another adding: ‘Jojo could have noticed how Ella has been acting towards Chris and was telling him, and spelling it out so nobody would hear.’

While others believe she was sharing her affection for him, with users commenting: ‘Did JoJo do 143? I love you?!?!?’, ‘I heart u probably’, and ‘She draw a heart and said it makes sense.’

Meanwhile, different viewers were of the opinion that JoJo may have been offering a secret code about nominations or their fellow housemates.

One shared: ‘I think Jojo wrote E and P on Chris’ hand btw’, with another adding: ‘What did Jojo write on Chris’ hand??? 3 letters. Second letter looked like it could be an o or a lowercase e.’

With a further believing it there could have been a simpler explanation: ‘IMO she said she was H๏τ in answer to his question why she was lying on the floor.’

Either way, plenty of watchers called out the duo for breaking the rules as they were communicating in secret.

CBB viewers also recently accused Ella Rae Wise of being ‘jealous’ of the pair. 

Monday’s episode of the ITV show saw the reality starlet sitting in the garden with Angellica Bell, 49, as they watched the pop star give Chris a back mᴀssage.

Expressing her feelings about JoJo, Ella remarked that she was ‘not her cup of tea’ as she complained about how loud the singer was.

Continuing her rant about the Karma hitmaker, Ella said: ‘There’s not an off switch’, before adding: ‘You’re not like that all the time at home, you’re not, of course you’re not. My mum would tell me to calm the f**k down.’

Turning to the presenter, Ella then asked whether she was ‘being a b***h’, with Angellica noting that there was some truth in what she was saying as Chris and JoJo have separated themselves from the group.
