Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have knocked a further £450,000 off the asking price of their luxurious London apartment.

This means the property has now been slashed by a staggering £1million since it was first listed for sale two years ago.

The couple, who married in 2018 and have three children, initially put the property on the market in 2023 for a cool £5.25million. 

It was later re-listed for £4.7million in February this year. 

Now, the elegant four-bedroom flat in Battersea is being offered for £4.25million through Sotheby’s International Realty – a total price drop of £1million.

Model and TV presenter Vogue, 38, and Made in Chelsea alum Spencer, 35, purchased the flat together early in their relationship, after just six months of dating.

They went on to extensively renovate and expand the space to accommodate their growing family – Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three.

‘Our apartment in London is great. It’s two floors but the kids can’t be downstairs on their own. It just doesn’t work for our family at that age,’ Vogue explained last year. 

‘Its too small. So we’re just trying to find somewhere with a little bit more space.’

Set within a grand period conversion, the four-bed, three-bathroom home features soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling sash windows, and a rare private garden. 

The interiors – designed by Vogue herself – combine traditional elegance with contemporary flair, including panelled walls, bold wallpaper, and stylish touches throughout.

The property also boasts a separate kitchen and dining room, a statement reception area, and a sumptuous master suite complete with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Though the couple are now based primarily in Howth, Dublin, where they purchased a new family home in late 2023, they continue to spend time in London due to ongoing work commitments.

It’s understood they may still be using the Battersea property until a sale goes through.

Despite the drop in price, the flat remains one of the most impressive family residences currently on the market in the area.

Despite the stunning home, fans of the celebrity couple on TikTok have noticed one ‘jarring’ detail about the kitchen.

TikToker HousingHorrors gave a tour of the home which showed a series of Vogue Magazine posters hang over the kitchen tops.

Fans were quick to notice that they were all slightly wonky.

One penned under the video: ‘All the pictures are crooked!’ 

Another added: ‘So glad I’m not the only one that noticed that!’

During an interview with the Sunday Times last year, Spencer admitted he originally had very different plans for the interior of their home.

He said: ‘I thought it would be cool to have this fun, New York studio vibe. Exposed brick, an orange resin floor, motorbikes indoors, supercool man cave stuff — but I was outgunned.’

Vogue compromised and allowed him to have brushed concrete floor installed, she confessed: ‘I absolutely hated it. It was so uncomfortable. And then I had to pay to get wood flooring instead.’

Spencer did have some influence in their bar-cinema room, which is beside a warehouse-style office, and features an off-white Andrew Martin sofa.

Spencer, who says the comfortable sofa is worth crashing on, also chose colourful pop art by artists Kaws and Keith Haring for their office space.

Vogue and Spencer originally only owned the first floor of the apartment, however they purchased the ground floor as well two and a half years later.

The space was originally slated to be used as a Pilates studio for the apartment complex, however they applied for permission to transform it into a residential property and joined the two floors together.

One of the most eye-catching rooms is Vogue’s enviable dressing room, housing her jewellery in a boutique-style case as well as her high street and designer wears.

The downstairs office featured a specially commissioned table and vibrant prints

Gigi’s room has cloud-print wallpaper and a neon-sign of her name

Spencer describes his own dressing space as a ‘hellhole’ in comparison to Vogue’s luxury room.

While potential buyers will already have to cough up the hefty asking price, an annual service charge of £25,000 is also applicable. 

Vogue, 39, who has been married to Spencer, 36, since 2018, first met at the training camp for TV show The Jump back in January of 2017. 

And while the couple are happily married and living their swanky pad – one thing they do disagree on is Vogue’s taste in art. 

Speaking during a house tour last year, Vogue playfully said: ‘I would say we always have a lot of art everywhere. All of that is mine bar the bird. Spenny likes to say he doesn’t like it, but I love it in the space.’
