On Friday the star shared a first pH๏τo of what she looked like in character with a dramatic selfie.

The star is Katie Cᴀssidy.

The looker is the daughter of former TV heartthrob David Cᴀssidy who played Keith Partridge on The Patridge Family.

David was also a songwriter and guitarist.

He convinced the show’s music producer to make him the lead singer, and his hits included I Think I Love You and Cherish.

Cᴀssidy sold more than 30 million records, broke box office records, and became the world’s highest-paid performer at age 21.

Katie has carved out a nice career for herself.

Following her character’s death in season four of Arrow, Cᴀssidy began playing Laurel Lance / Black Siren, an antagonistic version of the character from a parallel universe, originating on The Flash and continuing on to Arrow. 

Before that she was in the horror films When a Stranger Calls (2006) and Black Christmas (2006).

Katie also was on the third season of the horror series Supernatural (2007–2008). 

Following a supporting role in the action film Taken (2008), Cᴀssidy played leading roles in the slasher series Harper’s Island (2009) and the remake of the drama series Melrose Place (2009–2010). 

She starred as Kris Fowles in the slasher film remake A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010) and had a recurring role as Juliet Sharp during the fourth season of the teen drama Gossip Girl (2010–2012).

When asked about the essentials she always carries in her handbag, Katie shared that she can’t go without her favorite simple things. 

‘Clinique Chubby sticks, gum, my Too Faced compact and hand sanitizer,’ she answered.

Also, If she could change one thing about herself, she said she has one quality she believes she would do better without.

‘I’m really stubborn. I believe that it has gotten me to where I am today professionally, but sometimes I wish I wasn’t so hard-headed. It can be a good quality when it comes to work, but not necessarily in my personal life.’
