Teddi Mellencamp gave fans a harrowing update amid her ongoing cancer battle on Wednesday.
The 43-year-old reality television personality — who showed off a new wig earlier this week — shared side-by-side pH๏τos to depict how her life has changed in the span of weeks.
In one image, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had flowing blonde hair and a glowing visage.
A second picture showed the mother-of-three with her natural brunette hair cut close to her scalp, with a huge semi-bald patch stretching from the side to the back.
She captioned the heart-wrenching post, ‘What a difference 4 months makes.’
The update comes after Teddi announced in February that she had to undergo emergency surgery to remove several tumors from her brain.

Teddi compared her patches of sparse hair and marks from her surgeries to the lustrous blond locks she had before. She captioned the heart-wrenching post, ‘What a difference 4 months makes’
In Wednesday’s caption, she continued, ‘Sometimes I am so focused on “being strong” that I forget I am allowed to be sad, cry it out, and feel very alone.’
She added, ‘I love my kids, friends, and family so much and am forever grateful to them but dang, today is one of those days.’

And the Two T’s In A Pod podcaster tried to be a source of support for others having a similarly hard time.
‘If you are having a bad day where you can’t wait for it to be bedtime so you can star over tomorrow leave me a ❤️ We are not alone,’ she noted.
The message concluded, ‘PS. I have watched Netflix and Hulu, what do I watch next? #overyoucancer.’
Mellencamp also took to her Instagram Stories, where she recorded herself on her daily walk with friends Kyle Richards and Jennifer Leipart.
Teddi’s tortuous cancer journey began when she was first diagnosed with melanoma in 2022. The skin cancer has since metastasized to her lungs and brain.
