Lisa Hochstein and her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein have finally reached a settlement to the defamation lawsuit he filed against her in late 2023.
A notice of settlement was filed on April 2, and documents obtained by DailyMail.com show that Lenny has agreed to drop his request for damages exceeding $50,000.
Instead, both he and Lisa have ‘amicably’ agreed to pay their own legal fees.
The couple shared a joint statement with DailyMail.com about the defamation suit’s settlement referencing Lisa’s original claims that the 58-year-old plastic surgeon — who is known as the ‘boob god’ — had physical abused her, as well as his subsequently claims that the 42-year-old reality star had been abusive to him during their marriage.
‘We acknowledge that the end of our marriage was a painful and highly public experience. Images posted on social media at the time led to speculation and insinuations by the media that do not reflect what occurred,’ they said.
‘We can jointly confirm that there was never any physical harm caused by Dr. Leonard Hochstein or Lisa Hochstein, and the media’s insinuations from any pH๏τos or posts are not true. We are both excited to close this chapter, and move on and be great co-parents for our kids,’ they exes concluded.

In a separate statement to DailyMail.com, Lenny again denied Lisa’s initial claims that he was violent toward her.
‘During our divorce Lisa falsely accused me of many heinous actions. None worse than the idea that I physically abused her,’ he said.
‘I have never hit a woman in my life, certainly not Lisa,’ the surgeon continued. ‘This accusation hurt me more than all the others put together. I oppose all forms of violence, especially against women. I am glad that she chose to set the record straight.’

According to the settlement, Lenny will be filing to dismiss his lawsuit with prejudice, meaning he cannot refile it at a future date.
The notice of a settlement was filed on the same day that Lisa and Lenny were scheduled to have a mediation session, according to a noticed filed in March.
In November 2023, Lisa posted a pH๏τo to Instagram show what appeared to be a bruise on her arm.
‘Didn’t want to have to share this. But I’m left with no choice,’ she wrote in the pH๏τograph. ‘I’m being threatened and harᴀssed through the court system and through “others” by Lenny and it needs to stop.’
The out-of-focus mirror selfie included a hastily drawn circle around a dark spot on her arm that appeared to be a bruise.

The accusation of abuse came after Lenny withdrew a divorce settlement offer in August 2023. Lenny initially denied Lisa’s claims about the bruise, instead alleging that she received it when she fell on their staircase during an argument with him.
‘This was almost 2 weeks old from last season. You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce,’ she wrote at the time.
Footage from the Real Housewives Of Miami episode confirmed that Lisa had what appeared to be the same mark on her arm while filming the show.

As part of their divorce settlement, Lenny agreed to pay $15,000 per month in child support, which will be reduced to $10,000 per month once Logan turns 18.
Lenny went on to propose to Katharina in July 2023 while they enjoyed a vacation in Ibiza, Spain, even as he was still legally married.
A furious Lisa then wrote a scathing ‘congratulations’ to her ‘current husband and his mistress’ in response.
Lenny and Katharina seemed destined for heartbreak after announcing that they had ended their engagement in September 2024.
They offered few details for the split, but in December, Lenny revealed on Instagram that he had proposed for a second time to Katharina, which she accepted.
‘After everything we’ve been through, I knew I would never let her go again,’ he wrote, describing their love as ‘worth fighting for’ and ‘stronger than ever.’
