And while The Wrestler star, 72, who scooped an eye-popping £480k for his appearance on the ITV show, has scored acclaim for his 46 years in showbiz, his love life has been as prominent as his acting career.

Having competed in the Miss Howard Stern Pageant in Las Vegas, in which she was a runner-up, she later caught Mickey’s eye when they went on a date, which ended in spending a raucous weekend at Gary Busey’s Malibu mansion.
Amber went on to date Kanye West for two years, from 2008, before tying the knot with Wiz Khalifa in 2013.

Back in 2009, tongues were wagging with claims that Mickey was dating Kurt Cobain’s widow Courtney Love after he text her asking for a date following a joint appearance at the Elle Style Awards.
At the time, The Mirror’s showbiz columnists reported on the alleged romance, penning: ‘We did wonder why, when randy Rourke was chatting us up, we could feel Courtney Love’s eyes burning holes in the back of our heads…
‘And now we know – the pair have been secretly dating for the past three weeks.’
When the news hit headlines, Mickey was swift to slam the claims.

Mickey has been married twice – having married actress Debra Feuer in 1981 before divorcing in 1989 and wedding model Carré Otis in 1992 and splitting in 1998.
He met Debra on the set of TV movie Hardcase and later co-starred with her in 1988’s Homeboy – in which she played his love interest.
The marriage ended in 1989, after which he revealed that while filming erotic drama 9½ Weeks in 1986 he ‘was not particularly considerate to my wife’s needs.’ He starred alongside Kim Basinger in the steamy film.

Celebrity Big Brother host AJ was forced to tell Mickey to ‘stop looking at me’ during the launch episode. He was the final star to enter the house – but he was quickly slammed for being ‘creepy’.
