‘All we have is the present. I know that when I look back I’ll realise how bloody lucky I was. I had everything I ever wanted that weekend.
‘Health, happiness, love and family. I know I’ll feel like that because I feel that when I look back now and think gosh I wish I realised how lucky I was then. X.’

She posted on her social media story: ‘I was in a slightly funny place about a month ago and I feel like I’m really getting my spark back. This has helped.
‘My writing has helped me regain a sense of control over my life. The first few hours of my day are absolutely crucial if I want to have a happy and successful day.
‘Often I can feel overwhelmed when I’ve got so much going on in my head, but this helps me remember what’s important and gets me into gear so I can focus.

‘If I journal in the morning then I’m cool and calm and enjoy it, if I don’t then I can be anxious and I even notice I’m more blinky and twitchy in recordings.
