Two of Celebrity Big Brother’s biggest stars have lifted the lid on some of the most shocking moments viewers didn’t see.
Jedward took part in the show in 2011, before returning again in 2017, and in a new interview, they’ve shared some of the dramatic scenes that never made it to air.
The new series of Celebrity Big Brother is set to kick off on Monday, with stars including Patsy Palmer, Mickey Rourke and Jojo Siwa moving into the famous house.
Speaking to The Mirror, John and Edward Grimes said they’ve made ‘lifelong friends’ since appearing on the show, adding they are still close to fellow housemate Tara Reid after 14 years.
Edward then shared that while their first stint in the house was a light-heart affair, it was during their second stint that things were significantly different.
He said: ‘Some nights got wild – everyone drinking, drama in the smoking area, and people waking up seriously hungover. It’s a mindf**k – the sleep deprivation, food drama, losing track of time. Even small things like the thermostat can set people off.’

He added that one housemate drank so much in the evening they were ‘frying their microphone in the kitchen.’
John and Edward also shed light on some of the series’ funniest moments, including a wardrobe mishap involving Bianca Gascoigne.
Edward shared: ‘Once, John ran out of underpants, so Bianca gave him her thong.’
The pair added that many housemates also pursued unlikely romances during their time on the show, with John adding: ‘There are lots of condoms in there – they have a stash in the bathroom! The producers have high hopes they’ll get used.’
Jedward went onto reveal that they were also involved in a shocking health scare that wasn’t broadcast for viewers.
Edward revealed that when he and John entered the house, he hurt his back as he fell off the stage.
After being taken to hospital for tests, he shared that he was given the ‘scary diagnosis that he could have cancer,’ and spent his entire time in the series fearing for this health, however he was later reᴀssured that all was well.
Jedward finished in third place during their first CBB stint in 2011, and in 2017 finished as runner-up to winner Coleen Nolan.

Mickey Rourke was the final star to sign-up for the much-anticipated show, which is set to kick off on Monday.
Those appearing alongside the Hollywood star include Love Island’s Chris Hughes, Olympian Daley Thompson, JoJo Siwa and Patsy Palmer.
Trisha Goddard, Donna Preston, Coronation Street’s Jack P. Shepherd, Chesney Hawkes, Ella Rae Wise, Michael Fabricant and Angellica Bell are also in the running.
Mickey, 72, marks one of the show’s biggest signings in history and with public feuds with Robert De Niro, two marriages and a string of high profile relationships, producers will be hoping the he brings plenty of drama to the house.
Drag Queen Danny Beard is also said to be arriving as a late entry.
In the past Mickey has been open about his changing face throughout the years, claiming to have undergone plastic surgery predominantly for facial restructuring due to injuries from boxing.
He told DailyMail.com in 2009: ‘Most of it was to mend the mess of my face after the boxing. I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together.’
Rourke continued: ‘I had my nose broken twice. I had five operations on my nose and one on a smashed cheekbone.
‘I had to have cartilage taken from my ear to rebuild my nose and a couple of operations to scrape out the cartilage because the scar tissue wasn’t healing properly,’ calling it one of the most ‘painful operations’ he’s had.
He has notoriously battled addiction – both drugs and alcohol – in the past and has taken blame for his own career decline over the years.
Mickey has also opened up about his regret over taking steroids and eating huge meals six times a day to gain weight for his role in 2008 movie, The Wrestler.
Celebrity Big Brother returns on Monday at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
