Jason Sudeikis was comforted by his ex Olivia Wilde after his former flame went on a date with fellow Saturday Night Live alum Pete Davidson on Sunday.

Over the weekend, the Ted Lᴀsso star, 49, was greeted by a warm hug from Wilde, 41, as they reunited over five years after their split.

On the same day, Davidson headed to a Knicks game with his new girlfriend, walking hand-in-hand with Sudeikis’ ex, in New York City.

Meanwhile, over on the West Coast, Sudeikis met up with his ex-fiancée Wilde to enjoy a Sunday outing at a park in Los Angeles with their kids.

After arriving at the park separately, they shared friendly conversation as they strolled side-by-side.

This comes after DailyMail.com revealed that a 29-year-old model Elsie Hewitt, that Sudeikis was romantically linked to as recently as last year, has since started dating Davidson, 31.

On Sunday, the comedian headed to Madison Square Garden with his new girlfriend to sit courtside at the game between the New York Knicks and the Phoenix Suns. 

During the match, he kept his hand on Hewitt’s leg, subtly putting on a public display of affection.

And in spite of past drama, Sudeikis and Wilde appeared to have a good day together as they both seemed to be in high spirits upon their reunion.

For their outing, the Don’t Worry Darling director — who took their son Otis, nearly 11, to the California Science Center in a rare public sighting last month — put on a casual display in a light blue T-shirt paired with chocolate brown slacks.

In addition to their son Otis, she and Sudeikis are also parents to eight-year-old daughter Daisy. 

Looking effortlessly stylish, she paired the colorful outfit with white sneakers and a canvas tote bag with red straps. 

She kept her hair down and threw on a pair of black sunglᴀsses for their kids’ playdate in the park.

As for Sudeikis, he sported a colorful basketball coach T-shirt paired with navy blue pants plus red and white high-top sneakers. 

The television actor donned his signature, black-framed glᴀsses and a trucker’s hat. 

They were engaged for seven out of the nine years they were together, and during that near decade, they welcomed their two kids together.   

Wilde and Sudeikis ended their engagement in November 2020.

Following their split, the former couple began fighting for custody over their two children. 

The former couple kept their romance relatively private when they were together and did not publicly address the circumstances of their breakup. 

However, they made headlines when Wilde was famously served with legal papers while she was onstage at CinemaCon in April 2022. 

For years, they battled over where to relocate and raise their children, which was made difficult due to the former couple’s bicoastal lifestyle with Wilde in Los Angeles and Sudeikis in New York City.

At the time, Wilde was also entangled in Don’t Worry Darling drama as she was in a relationship with her leading star, singer Harry Styles. 

Wilde and Styles were together for around two years from late 2020 to 2022. 

Her contentious legal battle with her ex-fiancé was eventually settled three years later in September 2023 with Sudeikis agreeing to pay $27,500 in monthly child support. 

He was also ordered to cover 25 percent of Wilde’s childcare expenses. 

Since then, the pair have mended their fractured relationship to become friendly exes co-parenting their two children.
