Kim Delaney, the television star accused of running her husband over in late March, has now extended an unexpected gesture toward him.

The 63-year-old NYPD Blue actress took to Instagram on Thursday to share two pH๏τos of a bouquet of roses she appeared to have gifted her spouse, James Morgan.

In an accompanying caption, she wrote, ‘Birthday Boy, 55!!!!! Your wife loves you, my guy!’

It comes less than a week after Delaney and Morgan were arrested after an alleged ‘heated argument that turned physical.’ Law enforcement sources confirmed that police were called to their residence for a domestic disturbance around 10am on Saturday.

By Tuesday, TMZ reported that Los Angeles prosecutors declined to file any charges against her or her husband.

According to Morgan, who married Delaney two and a half years ago, she tried to run him down with her vehicle.

Police later arrested her and charged her with felony ᴀssault likely to cause great bodily injury. Morgan was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence.

Morgan was released on $20,000 bond the same day, while Delaney was released Tuesday, according to jail records reviewed by NBC4LA.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told the outlet that they didn’t have ‘sufficient evidence to move forward against either of them.’

According to the law enforcement sources, Delany made a call to the LA County Sheriff’s Department on Friday night, accusing her husband of domestic violence against her.

He was said to have left their home after the alleged incident, but returned on Saturday morning, prompting Delaney to contact the police again.

Police arrived to and Morgan played them a video allegedly showing Delaney’s attempt to run him over with her car.

After speaking with the actress, police arrested both parties at the scene.

And in January she uploaded a pH๏τo of her husband wrapping and arm around her and kissing her cheek as she captioned: ‘#Love always wins! Let’s keep this love and kindness with each other through these uncertain times!’

In addition to starring as Detective Diane Russell on NYPD Blue, Delaney has appeared on All My Children, Army Wives, and CSI: Miami.

Originally from Philadelphia, she started her career as a model before expanding to acting.
