Hugh Jackman enjoyed an evening out with his friend Pat Schoenfeld as they attended the opening night of George Clooney’s Broadway debut on Thursday.
Their outing comes amid the Wolverine star’s bitter tussle over money with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness as they struggle to reach an agreement in their divorce.
Brushing off the drama, Hugh, 56, walked arm-in-arm with ceramic artist Pat, 95, to see George star in the adaptation of Good Night, And Good Luck at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City.
He dressed smartly in a black suit, teamed with a white shirt, a black tie and lace-up shoes.
Pat looked glamorous in a white top with a matching skirt and silver shoes, accessorising with a grey scarf.
She is the widow of Broadway theatre owner and producer Gerald Schoenfeld and also served as executive producer on 2019’s On Broadway.

Hugh and Pat have been friends for many years with the actor spending Christmas Eve 2023 with her following his split from Deborra.
The former couple announced the end of their 27-year marriage in a shock statement in September 2023, and vowed to navigate their split with ‘graтιтude, love, and kindness’ but relations between them have now soured.
In January, they were a matter of weeks away from filing for divorce in New York.
But, two months later, and Hollywood’s once happily married couple are at an impᴀsse as Deborra believes she is ‘enтιтled’ to more money – and Hugh is refusing.
‘Hugh and Deborra-Lee have not yet filed for divorce because they are struggling to reach an agreement on how to divide their ᴀssets,’ a source told DailyMail.com.
‘Deborra-Lee feels enтιтled to more money than Hugh is willing to offer.’

Relations between Hugh and Deborra-Lee have soured, with the estranged spouses now stuck in a bitter tussle over money, DailyMail.com can reveal (pictured in 2022)
Her insistence on getting a bigger chunk of their estimated $250 million fortune is in part fueled by the murky origins of his romance with Broadway star Sutton Foster.
Their marriage started to fall apart during Covid, as previously reported by DailyMail.com, around the same time that Hugh struck up a friendship with his costar on the 2022 Broadway revival of The Music Man.
She was married to Ted Griffin at the time and sources close to Hugh have always insisted there was no overlap with him and Deborra by the time he started dating Sutton.

The premise of the Broadway production is: ‘Tune in to the golden age of broadcast journalism and Edward R. Murrow’s (Clooney) legendary, history-altering, on-air showdown with Senator Joseph McCarthy.
‘As McCarthyism casts a shadow over America, Murrow and his news team choose to confront the growing tide of paranoia and propaganda, even if it means turning the federal government and a worried nation against them.’
The story also ‘chronicles a time in American history when truth and journalistic integrity stood up to fearmongering and disinformation – and won,’ per an official description.
Other cast members in the production also include Marc Brandt, Will Dagger, Ilana Glazer, Georgia Heers, Jennifer Morris and Clark Gregg.
