The Love Island star looked incredible in the £15 ‘scrunch ʙuтт lifting booty shorts’ from Amazon and coordinated bra as she posed for a sizzling mirror selfie in her lavish H๏τel gym. 

Zara kept comfortable in a pair of chunky white trainers and tied her long blonde tresses back in a neat ponytail. 

The snap comes hours after MailOnline revealed that her ex Sam Thompson has ‘grown close’ to a stunning Netflix star as he bids to move on from their relationship.

Sam has been single since his split from ex-Strictly contestant Zara, his girlfriend of five years, who is now in a new relationship with One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, 33.

Sam, who presents podcast Staying Relevant with friend Pete Wicks, 37, first connected with Lucy on Instagram and has since liked her glamorous pictures.

A source told MailOnline the attraction between Sam, who recently signed up to celebrity dating app Raya, and Lucy was ‘instant’ and friends are happy the London-born influencer was able to put a smile back on the TV star’s face.

A friend said: ‘Sam and Lucy were sharing direct messages over Instagram before they decided to meet up at a pub and then continue their night at The Rex Rooms.

‘They looked really close in the club, chatting and cuddling up together.

‘But their closeness continued after they spent the night partying together and the pair’s connection has certainly put a smile back on Sam’s face.

‘Sam is enjoying being single again and dipping his toe back into the dating pool.’

Lucy, who was a runner-up on series six of Too H๏τ to Handle, is an aspiring singer and regularly posts videos of her bathroom performances on TikTok.

She didn’t find love or break the rules of the show, where contestants who are known to be noncommittal in relationships are challenged to stay celibate while living together at a luxury villa in the Turks and Caicos.

The model spoke on TikTok about her dating struggles at the beginning of the year, crying on camera about ‘single life.’

She said: ‘Well, at least we know manifesting works, I hate that it’s called manifesting, like, ‘man’… it’s like men are infesting my life and annoying and upsetting me. It’s a man infestation… I’m ready for the glow up now please.’

It comes after Zara set pulses racing on Tuesday as she shared some of her most sizzling snaps yet, after jetting away to Dubai with her family.

She took to her Instagram on the first night of her getaway to pose up a storm in a figure-hugging lacy black dress, showing off her tiny waist and cleavage.

Zara styled it with a pair of simple diamond-studded earrings and boosted her height even further with ɴuᴅᴇ stilettos.

She swept her long hair up in an elegant bun with several strands left down to frame her face, completing her look with a full face of glamorous makeup.

The TV presenter twirled around to show her sultry outfit from every angle and sipped on a glᴀss of wine in the late-night pH๏τoshoot, which she captioned: ‘first night x’.

Zara later took to her Instagram Stories to share pH๏τos of her family out for dinner at a Greek restaurant in the UAE city.

She looked radiant in a black and white polka dot dress as she beamed alongside her younger brother Brad, and snapped a sweet sH๏τ of her parents, Alan and Karen, which she captioned: ‘my best mates.’

Her luxury trip abroad comes as her blossoming romance with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has already reached new levels.

A friend told The Sun: ‘Zara has already met all the family and they can tell that she has made Louis giddy.

‘It’s the first time in a long time that they have seen him happy. They think Zara is super wholesome and health-conscious so they are happy he is with someone who shuns the party life.’

It comes after friends of Zara told MailOnline she’s relieved the relationship is now out in the open after dating in secret weeks.

Zara has already got the seal of approval from Louis’ twin sisters Phoebe and Daisy, plus influencer sister Lottie, who all follow the documentary-maker on Instagram, and she’s excited about what the future holds for the pair.

Her relationship with the famous singer was first detected by sleuth-like One Direction fans who noticed Louis had followed Zara on Instagram and liked a string of her pictures.
