Coleen Rooney has revealed what she and husband Wayne get up to when they jump into bed after a long day of work commitments and looking after their children.
In a rare interview with MailOnline, the WAG, 38, shared what life has been like since Wayne, 39, came home after he was sacked from Plymouth Argyle.
The former Manchester United captain returned to his wife and their four children in Cheshire after his management position ended after just seven months.
Coleen said it has been great having Wayne around more to help out with their four boys Kai, 14, Kit, 11, Klay, eight, and Cᴀss, six.
She also shared how important sleep is to both of them, despite struggling to get their full seven hours with the boys in the house, and revealed what they enjoy doing before hitting the sack.
Coleen, who recently launched her own supplement range with Applied Nutrition, said: ‘Wayne uses some of my products. He loves to sleep, so we both have a mug of the sleep powder with warm water in bed.’

Going on to discuss how Wayne being back has impacted them as a family, she explained: ‘It’s great having him around. It’s great for the kids to have their dad back.
‘He’s down for school fixtures to parents evenings, pick-up and drop-offs. And we all go on walks together and go swimming with the kids.’
Coleen previously discussed the struggles of raising the boys during the height of Wayne’s career.
She said: ‘At times it’s like being a single parent, especially when he was at Manchester United and England. You could never rely on a plan. I like a plan and a schedule. I found that hard.’
Speaking on her own current fitness routine, she said: ‘We don’t gym together as me and Wayne do different things, but I do two gym sessions a week, which contains weights and interval sprints. That’s more my cardio-based stuff.
‘And then I love reformer Pilates. I’ve been doing that for years and years, maybe 12 years now.
‘I also love to swim. I find when I swim it, I just switch off and it’s good for the mind as well because you haven’t got your phone next to you or anything.’
Known for her active lifestyle and pᴀssion for wellness, Coleen has long been dedicated to supporting her health and appearance, which she attributes to high-quality supplements.

She shared with MailOnline how she implements a healthy and balanced lifestyle in their £20million Cheshire mansion.
Speaking about eating habits, she said: ‘I think moderation is good. I think you shouldn’t deprive yourself of things, and a little bit of everything is good for you.
‘We tend to stick to a healthy balance throughout the week and then weekends we’ll go out for dinner or we get a takeaway.’
She added: ‘We do have treats and the kids, they’ll have crisps and chocolate, but the one thing I do is get some goodness on their plate. They all like broccoli, so they have broccoli with everything. Even if it is chicken nuggets and chips for dinner, they’ll have a bit of broccoli with that.’
