The 40-year-old comedian flaunted her fit 5ft9in figure and toned arms in a sleeveless brown midi wrap-dress and chrome stiletto heels.
She was at the NEXT for AUTISM benefit hosted by The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart.
Backstage, Glaser mingled with her A-list pals including Chris Rock, Drew Barrymore, Jim Gaffigan, and Adam Sandler.
The Ohio-born funnywoman warmly embraced Amy Schumer, who hired her for her films Trainwreck (2015) and I Feel Pretty (2018) as well as her former Comedy Central show Inside Amy Schumer.
Nikki wrapped her arm around Susie Essman, who concluded her role as Susie Greene last year following 12 seasons starring on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Nikki – who quit alcohol in 2012 and went vegan in 2016 – entered a 12-step program in 2020 to recover after suffering from anorexia and bulimia for 18 years.

‘In the business I work in, size does matter,’ Glaser – who’s pro-Ozempic – wrote in The Cut in 2022.
‘Hollywood is disgusting when it comes to acting, pretending like they’re accepting of any body size when really they’re not. I would like to have the freedom to get any size I want and still have a career, but I don’t believe I do. We still reward women for losing weight.’
Last week, the Lovers and Liars producer-host announced to host Jimmy Fallon that she plans on undergoing a facelift in August 2026 after delaying a brow lift she’d originally planned last January.
‘There’s kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures,’ Nikki explained.
‘And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, “Well, it makes my life better.” People treat you better when you’re H๏τter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.
‘And everyone goes, “That’s so sad, why don’t you love the way you were born?” And it’s like, “Well, why did you go to college? Why don’t you love the brain you were born with? Why did you pay thousands of dollars to that insтιтution?”‘
