While the world is focused on his high-profile relationship with Molly-Mae Hague, there’s another woman who takes up a huge place in Tommy Fury’s heart – his mother Chantal.
The former Love Island star, 25, comes from a pretty famous family, but while his boxer brother Tyson and cornerman father John have no problem being in the limelight, Chantal prefers to remain away from the cameras.
On Mother’s Day, Tommy shared a rarely-seen snap of his beloved mother during what appeared to be a celebratory dinner.
His low-key post was simply captioned: ‘Love you mum, without you, there is no me.’
Chantal – who is of Mauritian descent – has avoided the spotlight as much as possible in the past, but she did appear on the 2019 season of Love Island when her son was starring in the show.
Expressing his excitement at his mother being in the villa, Tommy exclaimed at the time: ‘This woman has not been on a plane in 16 years!’

While amid the beginnings of his romance with Molly-Mae, Chantal sweetly said to her son: ‘I’m so proud of you’.
Meanwhile, back in May 2023, Molly-Mae shared a heartwarming snap of Tommy’s mum with their little daughter Bambi.
The former Love Island star, 25, took to her page as she posted a rare picture Chantal cradling the little one in her arms, captioning her story: ‘Grandma’s birthday’.
Elsewhere, during an appearance on Loose Women in November last year, Tommy claimed that he ‘owes everything’ to his mother Chantal as she supported his boxing career and did everything for their family.
He said: ‘I owe everything to my mother, I wouldn’t be sat here right now if it wasn’t for her.’
‘She never went out on the town, she qualified in her degree, there was always a meal on the table.’
‘She didn’t have money to put fuel in the car, but she would still take me to the gym.’
Tommy’s mother Chantal tied the knot with his former boxer father John in 1989, with the couple’s relationship being kept mostly out of the spotlight.

The pair have another son Roman – Tommy’s only full blood sibling – who is also a boxer.
Roman, who also appeared in the villa with mum Chantal, has a lesser known boxing career than brothers Tommy and Tyson and only got into the sport after he began training with Tommy after losing his job during the pandemic.
He told The Sun at the time: ‘Lockdown happened, I had no work, I was eating crap, playing on the Xbox, and I had no life whatsoever. Tommy invited me down to train with him, I had a couple of sessions and I started getting into it.
‘I trained more and more until it went from training twice a week to six times a week and the weight came off, the confidence grew. It’s not just a physical thing, it’s a mental thing as well. It’s turned my life around completely.’
Meanwhile, Tommy has a further two step-siblings – Shane and John Jr – whom his father John shares with his first wife Amber.
John and Amber also had a daughter Ramona – Tommy’s half-sister – but she sadly died just a day after her birth.

But in the biggest hint to their reconciliation yet, Tommy took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday night to share a pH๏τo of Molly-Mae cuddling Bambi and voice his graтιтude to her.
He penned: ‘Happy Mother’s Day, thank you for being the best mummy I could’ve asked for our girl’ with a heart emoji.
The sweet snap, showing Molly-Mae beaming up at the camera with Bambi in her lap, significantly is the first snap of the Maebe founder on Tommy’s socials since their split, despite the pair recently returning from holiday together.
The two stars only arrived back in the UK last weekend, after jetting to Dubai with their daughter for a reunion holiday earlier this month.
And while both shared a slew of pH๏τos from the lavish trip with their little girl, they made sure not to include each other.
Molly-Mae’s pals are now reported to be saying the couple are in the honeymoon phase all over again and that the reality star has made it very clear she ‘doesn’t care who knows’ they are back together.
