Kelly Brook was left hobbling home after suffering a knee injury while out on a 26 kilometre run with her husband Jeremy Parisi.
The TV personality and former model, 45, made the most of the good weather on Sunday as she tackled the distance.
Kelly started off strong and her athletic husband shared his pride at her progress as she sped off ahead of him, in an array of clips on Instagram.
But disaster struck two hours later just after 1pm, when Kelly’s knees gave way and she had to walk home.
Kelly was seen hobbling along the path before Jeremy asked: ‘What’s happened… what’s happened?’
‘My legs have seized up is what’s happened,’ before her supportive husband added: ‘You did 23k, it’s good, very good.’

She captioned the clip ‘Knees went so it was a slow painful walk home [face palm].
‘Jeremy said it was the Aperol spritz I had yesterday [laughing emoji].’
Just 5km in to her run, Kelly spotted a tree which marked a milestone in the long run so she sped towards it and wrapped her arms around it.
Speaking to the camera in the next clip, Jeremy said: ‘Today is really fast, very fast.’ He then punched the air in excitement at Kelly’s progress.
An hour later, at 11am, it was on to a mini hill, which Kelly revealed had been a struggle for her the previous week.
‘Last week you saw my walking up after 15km, I couldn’t even walk it,’ Kelly said.
‘Now you’re good,’ Jeremy said, before Kelly replied: ‘I knew I was going to be able to do it today. My god, look at that! Sh**.’
It comes days after Kelly admitted that she was ‘too tired and anxious’ to eat during her ‘hectic’ modelling days as she reflected on the ‘bad habits’ she used to have.

Kelly enjoyed success as a professional model – starting as a Page Three girl before moving on to lads’ mags which earned her the coveted FHM’s Sєxiest Woman in the World тιтle in 2005 – and these days is a SlimFast ambᴀssador.
And during an exclusive interview with MailOnline, the star looked back on the days she used to grace the covers of various publications, telling how her extremely busy lifestyle made it difficult for her to eat properly.
Kelly also told how her relationship with food has dramatically changed over the years after she fell in love with cooking, with things further improving thanks to her relationship with her husband Jeremy.
Reflecting on her past lifestyle, Kelly shared: ‘I think my lifestyle has changed a lot. When I was modelling, I had a hectic, fast-paced lifestyle. I was travelling a lot, living out of a suitcase, barely slept at home in my own bed, always in a H๏τel and with that, you get really bad habits.
‘You’re always jet-lagged and your eating habits are all over the place. For years I was very thin because I never used to eat much because I was always tired or anxious or just stressed and busy. Food was something that I never really thought about.’
However, Kelly has told how luckily her eating habits have since dramatically changed for the better, thanks to developing a skill for cooking.
Crediting her model husband, who she married in 2022, for this, Kelly continued: ‘It was actually when I met my husband who is Italian and French who loves to sit down for lunch and dinner, for him that’s the time when the family come together, it’s a very Mediterranean approach to food.

‘I actually fell in love with cooking and taking the time to eat nutritious meals.’
Despite her appreciation for cooking and happiness in her relationship, Kelly did admit that this contributed to her weight gain.
‘I think I enjoyed it a bit too much and that’s when the weight crept on!’ she explained.
‘I settled into a content lifestyle in a very content relationship and was at home a lot more. It’s about trying to enjoy those moments with him but also know that I can’t eat as much as him!
‘For me it’s also portion control. Sometimes I just can’t stop, I will eat and eat. I sometimes make big trays of lasagne and we can easily eat it between the two of us and that’s for a family of four! The more I learnt to cook and the more delicious the food became, the more I would eat so it was a bit of a catch 22!’
