Lily Allen cut a stylish display as she attempted to keep a low key profile while shopping in Mayfair on Sunday. 

The Smile hitmaker, 39, opted for a pair of khaki Miu Miu dungarees over a T-shirt and long black blazer-style coat as she listened to music on her phone. 

The mother-of-two recently revealed she’d undergone a boob job after it emerged her ex David Harbour, 49, had a three year affair during their marriage following their split in December. 

Out in London at the weekend Lily accessorised the look with a pair of sunglᴀsses, white Nike trainers and a brown Miu Miu bag. 

Taking to her Instagram, the star appeared to enjoy a leisurely Mother’s Day breakfast at The Park café as she shared a snap flicking through the morning papers. 

It comes after Lily stunned in a new swimsuit-clad snap as she showed off the results of her recent breast augmentation last week.

She looked relaxed and happy on a ‘mini break’ as she lounged by a spa pool and revealed the results of her recent surgery for the first time.

Lily was staying at The Newt, which is a luxury retreat in Somerset where rooms start from around £750 for countryside accommodation. 

The mother of two looked incredible in a simple black swimsuit which showcased her enhanced ᴀssets, as she went make-up free for the fresh-faced pH๏τo.

The British star, who wore her red locks swept up into a messy bun, appeared to be taking some time out following the public revelation about her marriage.

Lily was said to have been left in ‘agony’ when she allegedly found that her husband, Stranger Things star David, was using the celebrity dating app Raya. 

But apparently what the British pop star did not know was that David had also been having an affair for at least three years with a colleague.

The Daily Mail has been told that the American actor was romantically involved with a younger costume designer, whom the Mail chose not to name.

They told the newspaper: ‘David cheated on Lily. They met on a movie they did together.’ The source, who witnessed their interactions on set.

‘They weren’t very secretive about their relationship.’

So serious did the romance become that David paid for the woman to travel more than 400 miles to visit him while he was working on his hit Netflix TV series last year.

The ᴀssociate said: ‘David flew her to Atlanta while he sH๏τ Stranger Things to keep him company.’

Amid the shock news, Lily decided to brush it off as she revealed she has had an ‘incredible’ boob job and been out buying Sєxy new lingerie to show it off.

Lily, who split from David at the end of last year, had the surgery just over a month ago.

But while she loves the new boobs, she says they don’t really match her 39-year-old face.

She told her close friend Miquita Oliver on their Miss Me? podcast this week: ‘How do I feel about ageing? Well, I just got some additions to the family – don’t know if you’d noticed?’

Miquita told her: ‘I noticed because you pulled your top off a month ago and showed them to me. I was like ‘absolutely incredible’.’

Lily, who turns 40 in May, continued: ‘They look really incredible when I take my top off, and my bra off, but there’s definitely a contrast in age between my breasts and my face.

‘I’m like 40, 18, 40, 18. I’m just thinking ‘maybe I get the BBL (Brazilian ʙuтт lift) next’. I quite want the bum.’

Lily added on her new boobs: ‘There’s a thing that happens a few months after you get them which is they drop and fluff.

‘So they’re still quite high and they’re still quite hard. When they drop and fluff they feel like normal boobs.

‘So I haven’t got to drop and fluff yet, I’m very much looking forward to that.

‘I feel like it’s really fun. I’m like buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can actually fit in and taking pictures on my phone.

‘Haven’t sent them to anyone yet, but it will hopefully get there at some point.

‘On my 40th birthday I’m going to drop and fluff.’
