David Beckham’s former ᴀssistant Rebecca Loos has doubled down on claims she had an affair with the married star 20 years ago.
Rebecca sat down for a new interview with 60 Minutes Australia which aired on Sunday night, during which she insisted she has ‘never lied’ and has ‘stuck to the truth’ since she first made the allegations in 2004.
David, who has been married to Spice Girl Victoria since 1999, has previously denied his former ᴀssistant’s affair claims.
‘In my opinion, it was a very brave thing to do to go up against them,’ Rebecca, now 47, told 60 Minutes Australia. ‘I have stuck to the truth. I’ve never exaggerated. I never lied about a single thing.’
‘Why? Because I’m going up against the strongest, most powerful couple in the media who have all the money in the world for the best PR, the best lawyers. And all I had on my side was the truth,’ she added.

Working for David in 2003 during his time playing for Real Madrid, Rebecca, who is now a married mum of two teeangers, said in the new interview that her boss was ‘kind and caring and made me feel special.
As an ᴀssistant she said she was the ‘first person they see in the morning and the last person they see in the evening.’
She told the outlet that Victoria was out of town when David allegedly invited her to a H๏τel, adding that she ‘gave in.’
‘The way he looks at you Oh, it’s just the look in his eyes and it’s quite hard not to. He has this charismatic power about him, he can easily get what he wants. He’s very good-looking and I think and he knows it,’ she said.
‘He told me he had never done this before. I was the first one. All of the cliche things. I fell hook, line and sinker for every single cliche line he fed me,’ Rebecca said.
‘And then two weeks later we were at Ronaldo’s birthday party and he’s off with this beautiful model. And I was like, ‘Uh.’ That was a hard night for me. I was like, ‘Uh, I don’t understand.’ And realisations started to hit that I’d been mᴀssively played.’
Rebecca told 60 Minutes Australia that she spoke out publicly because she ‘always had the opinion [that] it’s better that it comes from me and I have some sort of control.’
‘Also, by doing that, it was a way of me, sort of, not getting back at him but … the way he treated me was very unfair, what he was getting away with, and that two-faced life. I know how much his image means to him. I want him to feel some pain too, I guess.’
David has denied Rebecca’s affair allegations but in his 2023 Netflix documentary he and Victoria opened up about the scandal that almost broke their marriage
She went on to admit she felt sorry for Victoria, explaining: ‘There were horrible stories about me, there were horrible stories about this wife Victoria. There were never horrible stories about him’.
‘He was Golden Balls. He was the man. Pat him on the back; good for you. Nothing changed in his life, but it was all Victoria’s fault, my fault. All the blame was on us.’

Victoria said the months afterwards were the ‘hardest’ of her life and that she no longer felt like the couple ‘had each other’ – while David admitted he still doesn’t know how they got through the 2003 crisis, but he and his former Spice Girl wife knew they had to ‘fight for their family’.
The England star admitted they felt like they were ‘drowning’ as their high-profile marriage dominated headlines – and said he ‘felt physically sick every day’.
Rebecca explained that she never expected David to talk about the scandal in his docuseries, ‘so I was in … oblivion, when suddenly my phone started calling. First I was, like, ‘What has he said?’ because he never really ever accepted anything publicly.’
‘I thought he would have come forward with a statement or something and just apologised. I think the fact he referred to my claims as ludicrous … it just pi**ed me off even more,’ she explained. ‘It makes you want to stand up for yourself and it makes you want to keep coming forward.’
Representatives for the Beckhams have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
