Madonna flaunted a dazzling lapis and diamond grill in a new social media post, but it was an ’embarrᴀssing’ detail in her video that captured the attention of fans.

The 66-year-old Material Girl singer took to TikTok on Thursday to show off her sparkling mouth accessory, which she’s been seen wearing as far back as 2022. 

The star was seen lip-syncing along to rapper That Mexican OT’s song, Hardest Ese Ever, as she lifted a finger to her mouth before showing off the grill. 

The pop icon wore a busty black robe and further accessorized with a diamond necklace. 

However, many noticed she appeared to be sitting ‘on the toilet’ during the clip, which was taken in her bathroom, and featured a white flush handle behind her. 

‘So nobody’s gonna talk about the fact that she’s on the toilet ??’ one fan asked.

‘Not Madonna posting a TikTok on the stall I’m dying,’ someone else added.

‘How old is she???’ someone else questioned.

Another fan chimed in, writing, ‘Madonna it’s 2 AM.’

Another fan joked that her grill ‘definitely costs more than my car.’

She previously showed off the grill in 2022 on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

At the time she revealed that she commissioned the diamond-encrusted mouthpiece as a 64th birthday gift to herself.

She also addressed fan criticism by defending her choice to wear the elaborate ‘mouth jewelry.’

‘I just like the way it looks — it’s mouth jewelry — and I have really ugly teeth.’

She also has a set of grills made from genuine gold and embellished with 24 diamonds, which she purchased in 2013.

Earlier this month Madonna hosted a star-studded fundraiser for the non-profit organization Raising Malawi, that she co-founded with Michael Berg in 2006.

The Queen of Pop’s face and neck appeared tauter than ever during the intimate evening reception in Manhattan on March 11 that urged guests to become Raising Malawi partners, contributing monthly to the cause.

The seven-time Grammy winner made sure to include five of her six children at the benefit, especially her 19-year-old daughter Chifundo ‘Mercy’ James Kambewa Ciccone, who performed a song on piano and spoke onstage about her namesake hospital.

Mercy was a four-year-old orphan suffering from Malaria when Michigan-born Madge adopted her in 2007, which led to a three-year legal battle due to her being a two-time divorcée.

The self-made superstar made sure to pose with her 28-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon (with fitness trainer Carlos Leon) and 19-year-old son David Banda.

Madonna was also joined by her 12-year-old identical twins – Estere Ciccone or Stella Ciccone – but there was no sign of her 24-year-old son Rocco Ritchie (with ex-husband #2 Guy Ritchie).
