Craig Conover is back in the dating game.
The Southern Charm star, 36, who called it quits with Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo in late November, offered a candid update on his love life during Thursday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen.
When asked if he had started dating again post-breakup, Craig didn’t hesitate: ‘I am,’ he said.
But when Andy pressed further, asking if he was seeing anyone in particular, Craig paused—just long enough for an audience member to shout out a name.
‘No, it’s not Salley,’ he clarified, addressing the rumor he’s dating his new costar Salley Carson. ‘Sorry, I heard someone say that.’
Craig then elaborated on where things stand romantically: ‘You know, when I date, I tend to date only one person at a time, so I’ve been seeing someone.’

The handsome star also reflected on the timing of his new connection.
‘I’ve been reminded that the universe works in crazy ways,”’ he said. ‘But everything happens for a reason.’
Craig didn’t just open up about dating again—he also got real about what led to his breakup with Paige.

During part one of Thursday’s Southern Charm reunion, the Bravo star shed new light on where things went wrong, pointing to Paige’s recent social media behavior as a turning point.
‘To me, the person that she’s kind of been since the breakup isn’t the person that I remember dating,’ Craig said.
‘She’s fighting with people in the comments. She’s starting to say mean stuff about me based on what the internet is saying. I’m just like, “I didn’t do anything to you.”‘
Though he owned up to his flaws—’Sure, I wasn’t a perfect boyfriend,’ he admitted—Craig added, ‘I had a lot of s–t that I had to work out. It’s been an interesting breakup to say the least.’
And in a surprising twist, Craig revealed that Paige had once floated the idea of tying the knot at BravoCon 2025—months before they actually split.

Craig told DailyMail.com that he’s ‘gotten a lot of love over the last few years,’ but ‘it just changed’ and it’s ‘on to the next chapter now’; (pictured March 2024)
‘I went to her apartment to just be like, “What’s happening?”‘ Craig recalled. ‘And she was like, “I probably am making the worst mistake of my life, but I need to go find myself.”
‘And then I asked, “Well, what do you want me to do with the ring?” And she’s like, “Well, keep it. Maybe we’ll get married at BravoCon.”‘
His appearance on the talk show comes shortly after he exclusively told DailyMail.com that he’s ready to turn the page.
‘I think I’m always ready to find love. I’m a big fan of, like, sharing your life with someone and, right now, I’m just excited to find someone to travel with,’ he said on Valentine’s Day.
‘A lot of my life is on the road, so yeah, we’ll see. We’ll see what happens.’
He continued, ‘But I think life’s not worth living if it’s not shared… I like sharing my life with people, so whether it’s love from friends or my parents, I’ve always got love to give, and of course, one day I will be ready to receive it.’
Craig told DailyMail.com that he’s open to being in another long-distance relationship as long as there’s ‘effort and compromise.’
‘I’m not going to lie. I really enjoyed long distance. And I think living in two different places was so exciting, and getting to share those places with each other,’ he said.
‘I just feel like I’m drawn to that, especially because there’s a lot of really incredible people in Charleston, but I have a lot of history there too, a lot of past chapters. So I’m a fan of long distance relationships, and I think it just comes down to effort and compromise. And just put the effort in, and if you do, it’ll all work out okay.’
He also said that he hopes there will be ‘healthy communication’ with his future partner since he doesn’t want to ‘feel stress or insecure about’ communicating.
The Southern Charm star and Summer House star had been dating for three years before they announced their shock breakup back in December.
