He rose to fame as a member of one of the 1990s’ biggest boybands.
But Dane Bowers was worlds away from his musical roots as he shared a glimpse at his dramatic new teeth transformation on Instagram.
The singer, 45, who famously had a high-profile romance with glamour model Katie Price, took to Instagram to reveal he’s jetted to Turkey to have a new set of veneers, just days after undergoing a hair transplant.
In a series of videos, Dane showed the moment he had his lower teeth filed down, leaving him with tiny little stubs and bloody gums.
At the same time, the star also confessed that he was struggling with a swollen face as a side-effect of his hair transplant, forcing him to wear sunglᴀsses.
Struggling to talk due to his numb mouth, Dane said: ‘You can’t laugh about these things. I can’t talk… I look like a baddie in a Marvel movie.’

In a later post, Dane said that his veneers would be fitted the following day, and for now, he had temporary teeth in place.
He said: ‘I can just about talk now that the anaesthesia is slowly wearing off. I’ve got these fake teeth in for now, and I go back tomorrow to have the crowns fitted.’
‘I’ve had more messages on these Stories than anything ever. People are asking me, ”Why would I share this? Am I not embarrᴀssed?” Not at all.
‘My vanity is never that important. I don’t mind people seeing me at my worst, and I am most definitely at my worst right now.
‘It’s a procedure I wanted, and I know I’m going to be happy with the results. It’s all good, really.’
Dane first rose to fame as a member of the 90s boyband Another Level, originally consisting of Dane, Mark Baron, Bobak Kianoush, and Tyrone ‘T’.
He then dated Katie, who was then known by her glamour model alter-ego Jordan, from 1998 to 2000, and she previously described him as ‘the love of her life.’
Opening up about her ‘first love’, who she met when she was 18, the now 45-year-old said on her podcast she was ‘awful’ when she was younger, and believes one of Dane’s solo songs was inspired by her.

Just last week, it was revealed the Another Level were reuniting for a string of shows.
While the band are yet to announce tour dates or new music, an Instagram reel of their highlights advises fans to contact their agent at Fireproof Talent for bookings.
So far they appear to have been doing a series of smaller gigs including Butlins’ big Weekend recently.
However it appears Dane and Mark are the only two original members to reunite – with new singer ‘Shauny H’ now completing the line up and calling himself the ‘newest member’ of the band on his Instagram.
DJ Greg Costa is now also working with the band and appears in many of their new promotional material on social media.
The change in the lineup has left some fans raging as they commented under their posts: ‘where is Bobak and Wayne.’
Others added: ‘Erm.. where the other 2 OGs at?’, ‘URM who are these?’
