After retiring from reality TV, Rachel Leviss, formerly known as Raquel, shared several posts about ‘stepping into the role of a professional sound healer’ amid her healing journey.
Over the weekend, she took to Instagram to update her followers on what she has been up to lately and shared a video of herself leading a calming sound bath in what appeared to be a packed room.
‘So grateful to hold space for healing and stepping into the role of a professional sound healer,’ Leviss, 30, wrote in her caption.
She concluded her post: ‘Here’s to growth and new beginnings!’

She later shared a video of herself making a warm beverage and also tagged the online school of sound healing.
Leviss revealed she is now a trauma-informed sound healer after studying at a school to become one.
She appeared to be holding sound baths in her hometown in Arizona but teased a potential trip to sunny California, where she used to live and appeared on five seasons of Vanderpump Rules.
Underneath her post, one of her fans left a comment asking if she would be attending the annual country music festival in the desert in Indio: ‘Are we getting sound baths at Stagecoach?’
In response, Leviss wrote back: ‘Most definitely! I might even have some new deeper octave bowls by then!’
Recently, she has been making posts about her new hobby-turned-job and even sold out a spring equinox sound bath event earlier this month.
Late last year, she also made a post as she opened up about delving into her new pᴀssion.
In an Instagram post from October 2024, she shared that she led her first group sound bath at her recovery group’s self-facilitated renewal retreat.

‘Luckily for me, all 20 people in attendance were friends I met a year and a half ago in recovery, which really took the pressure off of trying to perform perfectly,’ she wrote.

The time she was in recovery, which she mentioned in her caption, was over two years ago when the infamous Scandoval affair made headlines.
In March 2023, several Pump Rules cast members’ lives were upended when it was revealed that Tom Sandoval had been having an affair with Leviss for months.
At the time, he and Ariana Madix had been in a nearly decade-long relationship and lived in a house they bought together.
The aftermath was documented on Vanderpump Rules in the scandalous season 10 finale as well as the 11th and final season with that particular cast.
In the wake of the affair, Leviss checked herself into a mental health facility and stayed in treatment for three months.
In August 2023, Leviss, who previously dated and was briefly engaged to James Kennedy, broke her silence and confirmed that she would not be returning to the hit Bravo series and had split from Sandoval.
She briefly hosted her own Rachel Goes Rogue podcast as part of iHeartRadio to shed insight on her time on the reality show but ultimately stepped away from that show and entertainment completely in October 2024

Since then, she has also filed a lawsuit against Sandoval and Madix, alleging that they engaged in illegal behavior, including recording Sєxually explicit videos of her without her consent and distributing them.
The trial is scheduled for November 3, 2025.
