He loves beer so much that he owns his own pub and has even hosted a TV show about the world’s best brews.
Now, James Blunt, 51, is preparing to launch his own range of alcoholic beverages.
According to insiders at The Sun, the You’re Beautiful hitmaker has gone into business with music executive Nick Gatfield and drinks expert Neil Ridley, investing in their firm, Ten Four Drinks.
A source told the publication: ‘James has gone into business with Ten Four, who create and market bespoke booze.
‘He has a real pᴀssion for the drinks trade and runs his businesses alongside making music and touring. James has put money into the brand and is looking forward to expanding the business with his partners.
‘He has designs on his own booze too and his pub, The Fox and Pheasant in Chelsea, would stock it.’

The source added that James has a huge following and the celebrity drinks market is ‘mᴀssive,’ so he’s unlikely to struggle selling his own line.
Ten Four Drinks’ website is set to launch soon, and its mission statement says it ‘specialises in creating and managing beverage brands for the world’s greatest talent’.
MailOnline have contacted James’s representative for comment.
James bought The Fox and Pheasant pub in 2017, and when he’s back from his home in Ibiza, he enjoys getting behind the bar.
He shared at the time: ‘I used to sit in this small London pub with my friends wondering what I would do if the place was ever put up for sale.
‘When it went on the market most bidders wanted to turn it into luxury flats.
‘But the brewery sold it to me because I wanted to keep it as a pub, even though I wasn’t the highest bidder. I’m a very hands-on landlord.’
James and his wife, Sofia, saved and transformed The Fox and Pheasant, which was at risk of being turned into overpriced flats.

Today, it’s a popular gastropub known for its food and drinks, and James is even known to pull pints himself.
James is also the sole director of Blunt Trading Ltd, the company that owns the cosy gastropub.
However, the pub was hit hard during the COVID-19 lockdown, and in 2021, Blunt Trading Ltd received funds from the government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme to furlough 25 staff members.
In 2023, James’s TV show Beer Masters was shelved by Prime Video after just one series.
The game show challenged five teams of home brewers to create their own ale inspired by the iconic beers of Europe.
The show marked James’s first foray into TV presenting, where he worked alongside beer expert Jaega Wise and featured head brewers from Camden Town Brewery and Stella Artois, along with celebrity judges such as Daisy Lowe.
Despite the show’s success and its popularity with fans, a second series wasn’t commissioned.
A source explained to The Sun at the time: ‘Beer Masters had all the ingredients to become a long-runner for Prime Video and it went down well with punters.
‘But sometimes these limited series don’t suit ongoing commercial strategies, it’s not just about ratings.’
After a successful European leg of his Back To Bedlam 20th Anniversary tour, James is now enjoying a well-deserved break and will head across the pond for more shows this summer.
He kicks off his extensive tour in Canada on June 12 before stopping in New York, Los Angeles, and South America.
