JoJo Siwa has ruffled more than a few feathers with a new exclusive VIP concert experience as part of her upcoming summer tour.

Billed as the ‘Dream Guest VIP package’ for over $900, the experience involves helping her road crew setup for a concert, among other interactions.

‘You are actually going to get to come during while we’re loading in the show, and you’re gonna get to kind of help us set it up and make sure things are right and test out the drum with me or the DJ booth with me,’ she said, in part, during an interview with Access Hollywood.

More details about the top-shelf VIP package, revealed on her website jojosiwalive.com, also include helping Siwa with her song selection, an exclusive invitation to soundcheck, as part of the show preps, and watching the concert from a designated ‘audience area of your choice.’

Following the announcement, it didn’t take long before some fans took to social media to point out that they would be paying more than $900 to be working for the Dance Moms alum.

‘So you basically pay to work?’ one person shared on X, while another took the comment a step farther, writing, ‘If I’m helping you set up then I should be getting in for free Lmaoo!!!’

All the backlash on social media and the internet didn’t end there.

‘Jojo Siwa having a $900 vip ticket package where you can help set up the stage… girl what kinda s**t is that,’ someone else shared.

‘She can’t be serious,’ a fan wrote in disbelief, while others made a reference to their economic hardships with a comments like, ‘As if people can actually afford to see concerts right now…terrible timing’ and ‘what stage of capitalism is this.’

Another ticked-off fan made light of another important aspect to the expensive VIP offer, posting, ‘She’s touring small theaters, what is there to set up?’

The JoJo Siwa Live tour is set to begin on July 10 at the House Of Blues in Houston, Texas, and then make stops in such big U.S. cities as Orlando, Nashville, Detroit, Denver, Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, Toronto, Minneapolis, and San Francisco, among others.

Ultimately, the summer trek will end with a performance at the House Of Blues in Anaheim, California on August 9.

‘Get ready for a Live Concert ft. New Songs, Current Songs, AND My Kids Songs, a GAYPOP Dj Set, & an immersive party…. ALL IN THE SAME NIGHT,’ she teased the shows in an Instagram post.

The Omaha, Nebraska native has already revealed that the tour will feature new and old songs, including when she was just starting out, a DJ set, an immersive party, and audience participation.

Siwa took to her TikTok and Instagram platforms to announce the ticket pre-sale starts on Wednesday, March 26, by using the code ‘Bulletproof.’
