And her mystery makeover looked better than ever in a new pH๏τo shoot for Billboard magazine, which was released on Monday. 

Trainor shared the new shoot on Instagram which won raves from Paris and Nicky Hilton.

The 31-year-old pop star already admitted that she had a breast job, and now followers think she could have done much more while in plastic surgery office even adding some Ozempic to her routine.

Trainor has yet to comment on Ozempic usage.

Last week fans noticed her slimmer figure while she posed for slick pH๏τos wearing a mini skirt and t-shirt. 

One die-hard supporter posting a side-by-side comparison of Meghan’s transformation, writing, ‘Her glow-up is so insane.’

Trainor has yet to address rumors about weight-loss medication. 

That didn’t stop the internet from running wild with theories. 

‘Ozempic is a helluva drug,’ one critic wrote, while another chimed in, ‘This is called Ozempic and surgery, but she looks good!’

Others jumped to her defense, with one fan arguing, ‘I mean, she was never ugly—she just lost weight.’

Some speculated her transformation had less to do with weight loss and more with a jaw procedure. 

‘The main reason people find her more attractive is that she fixed her underbite,’ one user theorized, noting that forum discussions had struggled to pinpoint what exactly changed.

Beyond weight loss, Trainor has been candid about her cosmetic tweaks.

She recently opened up about a botched Botox job, admitting on her Workin’ On It podcast in December that an overdone lip flip left her unable to smile properly.

‘I got too much Botox, and I need help. I messed up,’ she confessed. 

‘Everywhere I go, I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile.’

Her older brother, Ryan, even pointed out the change, prompting Trainor to admit she ‘can’t unsee’ how different her smile had become.

On the same podcast, she revealed plans for breast augmentation, explaining that after two pregnancies, her chest had become ‘saggy sacks.’

‘They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,’ she said. ‘I lost some weight, and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs.’

Now, post-surgery, Trainor feels more confident than ever. 

Speaking to USA Today, she recalled being insecure about her breasts since her teenage years—insecurities that only intensified under the glare of fame.

‘It was tough to look at my body. I’m always singing about loving myself, and it got harder and harder with all the scars and stretch marks. And then after losing weight, too, these boobs were just purely empty, just flat and just felt like skin on my body,’ she admitted.

But now? She has no regrets.

‘I got to a place where I hated what was on my chest. This was the best choice I ever made.’
