Justin Bieber has once again given his social media followers insight into his mental health struggles.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the 31-year-old singer shared a long video of a jam session with musicians, including DJ Tay James and Judah Smith.
He wrote in the caption, ‘I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic.’
The father-of-one, who shares seven-month-old son Jack with wife Hailey Bieber, added, ‘Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people.’
It comes shortly after he admitted to having ‘anger issues’ in another online post.
Saturday’s post saw the Canadian crooner in a yellow beanie hat, black jacket, and light-colored pants as he banged away on a keyboard.

He went on to share a post from fellow music artist Jensen McRae, in which he flashed his megawatt smile in a sun-drenched selfie.

Earlier in March the former teen star wrote in a message shared on the internet, ‘People told me my whole life ‘wow Justin u deserve that’ and I personally have always felt unworthy.
‘Like I was a fraud, Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, damn if only they knew my thoughts. How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn’t be saying this,’ he added.
The Honest hitmaker concluded, ‘I say all this to say. If you feel sneaky welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.’
