Culpo confirmed her pregnancy a week ago Monday morning, posing for some pictures where she’s seen touching her pending bundle of joy.
‘Next chapter, motherhood,’ she captioned the post, while sharing a video of her and McCaffrey holding hands and kissing during an outdoor shoot.
A source told DailyMail.com at that time the model is at least six months along in her pregnancy, but that it was hardly a new revelation to those close to the couple considering she started telling family members around Thanksgiving.

It turns out the model and actress was actually surprised she got pregnant so soon after the couple’s wedding this past June, a source has told DailyMail.com.
Meanwhile, Olivia – who suffers from endometriosis – recently detailed her traumatic first trimester of pregnancy as she revealed that a blood clot in her uterus caused her to bleed ‘everywhere.’
In a TikTok video posted Tuesday, which was recorded in December 2024 when she was nine weeks along, Culpo said she suffered a ‘subchorionic hematoma’ after being bedridden for weeks with pneumonia.
‘I have been on bed rest [for two weeks] and before that I had pneumonia, so I was sick also for two weeks. I’ve been truly on bed rest for four weeks,’ the expectant mother began.
‘Towards the end of the two weeks of being really sick, I got a subchorionic hematoma, which is basically a blood clot in my uterus. And I was bleeding everywhere.’
The model and actress also gave a full-body glimpse of herself on the swing cradling her baby bump with the mountains and a pond in the background
A subchorionic hematoma is ‘when blood collects under the chorion membrane (the membrane that surrounds a fetus) during pregnancy,’ according to the Cleveland Clinic.
The condition often occurs in those who are ‘between 10 to 20 weeks pregnant’ and the most common symptom is vaginal bleeding.
The bleeding may increase the chances of pregnancy complications, including miscarriage and premature birth, but a subchorionic hematoma can often ‘resolve on its own without treatment.’
Those with uterine irregularities, like Culpo who has spoken publicly about her battle with endometriosis, are at higher risk for subchorionic hematomas.
Culpo continued: ‘So at this point, I was so exhausted [after] two weeks of just not being able to move. And now, all of a sudden, just like purging. It was like a lot.’
She stressed that the bleeding was extremely ‘heavy.’
Culpo quickly sought out the help of a doctor and relieved to learn that her unborn child was unharmed.
‘I went to the doctor and it was exciting to see that there was still a heartbeat.’
She then detailed her doctor’s strict directions for recovery, which centered on her getting plenty of rest.
‘”You can’t go anywhere. You can’t travel.” Like, just truly staying in bed,’ Culpo explained.
She also said that she started taking ‘800 grams’ of progesterone suppositories, which are inserted vaginally and help raise levels of the pregnancy hormone progesterone.
‘The [suppositories] help keep the environment best for the baby. It calms down the uterine wall and allows the placenta to attach,’ Culpo explained.
Olivia and Christian, who had a five-year romance before tying-the-knot last year, have yet to announce the gender of the baby, although Culpo says her intuition tells her she’s having a boy, in a recent TikTok video.
