Maya Jama has revealed she’s banned herself from having a TV in her bedroom but as a result keeps falling asleep on the sofa.
The Love Island host, 30, took to her Instagram Stories with a hysertical foul-mouthed rant on Wednesday after waking up again in her living room amid her rumoured romance with Manchester City star Ruben Dias.
She complained: ‘I keep felling asleep on the sofa, [I] have my bonnet on little spot stickers, little night routine’.
‘Wanna watch my one show, my one show and I didn’t put a TV in my bedroom because I knew it would keep me up late and now look whats happening’.
She went on: ‘I’m falling asleep on the f*****g sofa every night every night waking up with a crooked neck, Didn’t even finish my b****y show’.
Maya captioned the post: ‘Recorded this for the group chat forced to share it for those that may be under the impression i have my life together’.

She later shared another clip as she sat in the make-up chair looking glam and said: ‘And just like that she’s back to work girls, if you are sleeping on the sofa’.
It comes just days after Gary Lineker publicly confirmed Maya’s new romance with the hunky Portuguese footballer.
The brunette beauty has been reported to be secretly dating the Manchester City star after the pair met at the European Music Awards in November.
Rumours surrounded the pair intensified after Ruben shared a pH๏τo from his New Year celebrations in Ibiza, of two people gazing at a sunset with their faces obscured, which fans became convinced was Maya.
In February, the pair were spotted wearing matching £5,050 ‘LOVE Bracelets’ by Cartier.
And last week, Maya added fuel to speculation that her relationship with the Portugal player is taking another serious step as she hinted she is taking Portuguese lessons.
While neither had made the relationship public, football star Gary took matters into his own hands this week as he referenced their romance.
Following the announcement that Maya would serve as a manager in the Baller League alongside Juventus forward Alisha Lehmann, she appeared on their social media to react to the news.

She jokingly called Micah Richards her ‘nemesis’ and made fun of his age as they played up their rivalry.
Micah told her: ‘You disrespected me, didn’t you? You said I look 40 years old, I’m only 36! You do me wrong man. How old are you?’
Maya laughed as she replied: ‘I’m 30 actually, on the dot. Just 3, 0, new, fresh 30. I just got there.’

However, Gary suddenly appeared in the frame to interrupt the pair’s playful banter and seemingly let slip confirmation of Maya’s romance with Ruben.
He said: ‘Micah, stop flirting and get her boyfriend to play for us!’ sparking a burst of laughter.
While Maya seemed to be taken aback by the public reference to her relationship, as she shouted: ‘Get out! This is why I don’t talk to old people. They’re so weird’.
On Thursday sh looked unrecognisable as she shared an adorable childhood snap of herself.
Maya sported a pink sleeveless floral top and a pair of dark jeans in the pH๏τo where her hair was styled in pigtails.
She was born and raised in Bristol where she lived with her mother Sadie and her brother Omar.
Her father Hussein was in and out of prison while she is growing up and she last spoke to him in 2017 while doing a documentary on absent fathers.
As a child, acting was Maya’s initial ambition but later realised presenting might suit her better as she looked up to the likes of Davina McCall and June Sarpong.
