Jacqueline MacInnes Wood of soap opera fame is expecting her fifth child with husband Elan Ruspoli.

The 37-year-old The Bold and The Beautiful star revealed the happy news in the latest edition of her weekly newsletter, sharing toward the end of the document, ‘I’m almost 7 months pregnant!’

She added, ‘Our family is beyond excited, and my kids are over the moon. It’s such a special time in our home—so much love, energy, and anticipation!’

The brunette beauty went on to detail how she’s ‘nourishing my pregnancy and staying strong.’ 

Wood and Ruspoli welcomed their last child, a son named Valor, in August 2023.

In addition to their 18-month-old, the mom and dad also share sons Rise, six, Lenix, four, and Brando, two.

Chatting with First For Women last year, the actress gushed about motherhood.

‘I’m a mama bear. And I feel like I’ve never been more authentically me than I am now,’ the proud parent reflected.

She added about leaning into health and wellness, ‘Having kids, it changes your perspective. It’s quality of life, longevity and being able to run with my kids. I’m working so that when I’m 70, I can keep up with my grandchildren.’

Jacqueline said in her newsletter that she is continuing to work out through her pregnancy.

‘So grateful I focused on building strength before pregnancy! It’s made carrying my kids and performing emotional scenes much easier,’ she noted.

The hands-on mom also listed that she’s ‘prioritizing protein to keep my body fueled, especially [because] I’m constantly on the go.’

‘Using a red light panel or soaking up the sun whenever possible,’ was included in her routine as well.

She’s also using meditative music to create ‘a peaceful home environment,’ and advised her subscribers to ‘try searching for 432 Hz or sound bath tracks on YouTube!’

At the beginning of her correspondence, Wood said her life with her growing family has been ‘nonstop.’

‘I’ve been deep into filming some intense storylines on The Bold and the Beautiful, which has me burning the candle at both ends. Between work, traveling, and keeping up with my kids, prioritizing my health is absolutely essential,’ she wrote.

She wrapped up the letter, ‘There’s a lot going on over here—ha! But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I appreciate all of you and hope you have a beautiful week ahead. Sending love, prayers, and good vibes your way!’
