Kim Kardashian revealed she is planning on gifting her eldest child, daughter North, her $1.3 million engagement ring Kanye West gifted to her on October 21, 2013 when he proposed.
The 44-year-old star – who is worth $1.7 billion – revealed on the latest episode of the Kardashians her future plans with her ring, which is a cushion-cut 15-carat diamond ring.
North held the ring when she was just a few months old – which Kim shared to her Instagram page at the time – making it even more special she plans on gifting it to her.
Kanye gave her two engagement rings – this particular one (cushion-cut 15-carat) that he proposed to her with in 2013, and then a second one in 2016 – which was an $8 million 20-carat emerald-cut ring.
A few months after Kanye gifted her the the emerald-cut ring, it was stolen at gunpoint in on October 3, 2016 in Paris during fashion week.
In total, she had $10 million worth of jewelry stolen during the robbery in Paris.

The star said she left her 2013 engagement ring at home before that fateful Paris trip because it the piece of jewelry that was the ‘most important.’
Kanye also told her not to wear both of her engagement rings at the same time – which ended up being a blessing since she did not wear it during her Paris trip where she was robbed.

The reason why he told her not to wear both of her rings at the same time was because he saw an Instagram video that Kim posted where she wore both to Madison Square Garden with sister Khloe Kardashian – and told her she could get robbed.
Kim said Khloe in the episode: ‘Because when I was with you at Madison Square Garden, you told me to wear both, I wore both, and we went like this is an IG video. Kanye saw it and went, “Don’t you ever wear both of your rings at the same time. Are you looking to get robbed?’
‘And so that one I’m going to give Northie because she was with me when I got engaged, And she held it after and I took a pH๏τo. She was just a few months old,’ Kim said on the show.
Kim also revealed during the episode that she had to return her ring to her second ex-husband Kris Humphries – despite him only paying for 1/5 of it. She paid for the rest.
It was an 18-carate emerald-cut diamond ring.
Kris ended up auctioning off the ring, getting $749,000 for it, after it was initially estimated to sell between $300K to $500K during the auction, via E!.
At the time his rep said he planned on donating the proceeds to charity but it is unknown which one.

Kim and Kanye tied the knot on May 24, 2014 in Florence, Italy at Forte di Belvedere.
They welcomed four children during their marriage: North, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, five.
Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 just before what would have been the pair’s seventh wedding anniversary.
Kardashian, who was represented by divorce attorney Laura Wᴀsser, was declared legally single March 2022 while in the midst of a H๏τ and heavy romance with now-ex boyfriend SNL alum Pete Davidson.
In November 2022, Kim and Kanye’s divorce was finalized, with Kanye agreeing to pay $200,000 a month in child support and equal custody.
Kanye married Yeezy architect Bianca Censori in January 2023 in what was thought a non-legal wedding as it appeared they did not file a marriage certificate.
However in mid-October 2023 – per Us Weekly – it was reported that they did in fact get legally married.
The wedding took place last year due to ‘religious reasons.’
