Liam Gallagher has revealed that he has turned down an opportunity to be on The Traitors.
The highly-anticipated Celebrity version of the BBC show is just weeks away from filming, with a number of big names having already been approached by show bosses.
And Liam, 52, has confirmed that he was one of the people asked to be on the programme, however, he has had to let them down as he doesn’t ‘do celebrity’.
A fan asked the rocker on Wednesday on X, formerly known as Twitter: ‘Would you ever wanna go on the show The Traitors?’
To which the Wonderwall hitmaker replied: ‘I got asked. I don’t do celebrity.’
With Traitors filming set to commence in April, it would no doubt clash with Liam’s rehearsals for the upcoming Oasis reunion tour this summer.

The shows will be the first time Liam and brother Noel, 57,will perform on stage together since breaking up in 2009 following a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in France.
Liam’s refusal comes as former England prop Joe Marler, 34, who confirmed his retirement from international rugby in November, is set to take part in the BBC show.
It seems the sports star will be getting stuck into retirement and swapping the pitch for a scenic castle in the Highlands after allegedly joining the high-profile cast.
A source told The Sun: ‘Joe has officially signed his contract for Celebrity Traitors and can’t wait to get stuck in.’
They added: ‘Joe is a huge fan of The Traitors and the BBC loved him when they met him for an interview for the show.
‘He says he’s got his game plan all mapped out and thinks he can go all the way.’
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Joe and the BBC for comment.
Although Joe will be a great addition to Celebrity Traitors, it comes after the show reportedly suffered yet another huge blow after an ‘ITV legend pulled out of the game show last minute’.
