Country music star Wade Bowen has revealed he was involved in a shock crash last week – and shared horror pH๏τos of his wrecked tour bus and trailer.
The hitmaker, 47, was leaving Austin, Texas on Friday, en-route to his next concert in Lubbock when a car smashed into his vehicle.
Posting harrowing snaps of his mangled tour bus as well as emergency services at the scene, Bowen wrote: ‘As we left Austin Friday night our bus was hit by another car. Thankfully we are all okay.
‘I’m so blessed to have the band and crew I do. Everyone came together and figured out how to make it to our next show in Lubbock and pull off a magical night,’ he explained.
He also gave ‘a huge shoutout to Lubbock, TX for all of the people that came to our rescue with the gear and instruments we needed to make it happen.’
Despite the crash scare and delay he revealed he and his band had ‘one of my favorite shows ever in the town that started it all for me.’

Bowen also made a point of giving thanks to all the emergency crews who came to the accident scene to help.
‘Thank you to all of the police officers, firemen, tow truckers, and everyone that took good care of us and our situation,” added Bowen. “We are very lucky… to be safe and also to live this life!
The singer ended the message with a touching sendoff: ‘Call your mom.’
The first pH๏τo shows the damage sustained to the bus, which includes a smashed bumper and half of the metal panel torn off, exposing the inner workings of the vehicle.
Emergency workers were also captured pulling the trailer away from the bus with the help of a mᴀssive crane on top of a tow truck.
The Songs About Trucks musician has upcoming shows scheduled in Portland, Texas on March 28 and Marble Falls, Texas on March 29.
He also took to Instagram on Tuesday to announce he will open for Chase Rice for ‘a couple of weekends this summer’ on his The Go Down Singin Tour, and that tcickets go on sale this Friday, March 14. ‘Gonna be a helluva time!’
Bowen has been out on the road in support of his latest studio album, Flyin’, which dropped this past May, and is considered by some to be his most diverse work yet, ranging from classic country ballads to country rock and classic rock.
‘Im so blessed to have the band and crew that I do,’ Bowen wrote after everyone were able to chip in and get to their next concert the next night, which turned out to be a ‘magical night’
